River View Golf Course

I haven’t played here in about a year and it was in great condition. You can tell they are really trying to offer a great course at a fair price. Greens were rolling smooth, nice and full no patches, fairways were in great shape as well. Forgot they had gps in the carts and that was spot on every time I used the rangefinder to compare as well. Will definitely be going back soon

This course is a go to for me. Always under 45$ with cart and the course is pretty solid. The grass quality is a lot better than the other courses in the area. The pace sometimes gets a little slow but for 40$ you can’t complain.

Worst pro shop experience ever!

Just needed help with a cab too as wanted cell to stay on airplane mode for many reasons and including having on far too long as per airline lost my luggage and was there from Canada.

Never to return as all was a hassle to him on a simple ask and nobody else was coming into pro shop. He just was on his cell when I entered!

Tee boxes were horrible but greens well kept.

Course had several narrow fairways along the river, no room for error. Elevated greens made it a challenge. Good course maintenance and good pace of play. Lost many balls here. Lots of fun with friends for the price.

The tee boxes were atrocious. It was the worst tee boxes I’ve seen in my life. at one point, the tees were in the middle of the fairway. Course layout is not the same as the GPS on the cart and hasn’t been updated in years. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Pace of play was okay. It’s worth my last 20 dollars, but I felt robbed out of my 20 dollars I went into debt for.

The pro shop guy tonight around just before 5 pm (Nov 6) was so non helpful to just call me a cab as I asked so nicely and it put him off and he let it be known a couple times. He said he called one too after his frustrations he showed but he never did as it never came and I had to turn my cell on from airplane mode. I told him I wanted to leave it off and he did not seem to get it or care. I am cdn to try this course for my first time as found off Golf Now and was just trying to save some money from roaming costs. I had to have it on extra as the airline lost my luggage!

So after the total non help and about 45 mins of wasted time waiting outside, I paid another 16 dollars to use my phone in the end and to call a cab myself! This is a FIRST ever at any course ever. I was going to comment on the greens being nice and with some insight though on terrible unseeded tee boxes and lots of litter here and there but the end result made it easy for me to not recommend, would you?

Club rentals too were quite high for the quality received and so over used! Should be just 20 bucks max!

fun course, very casual, friendly, nice putting green & a driving range but tee off areas need attention. some like 18 are very bad.

They must overhaul tee box on 18. It’s somehow gotten worse and they need to rope it off and fix that entire nightmare

If the round cost less than $40 its not worth anything. Horrible greens smothered with sand. Fairways not much better than cart path. Pace is terrible.

finally cooler, course is in good shape except for some tee off areas need alot of work.

Pace of play was a problem, but a fun course that tests your ability to drive straight.
