Dad Miller June14,2021
For some reason it was really busy today. Most greens in good shape, a few areas of new sod were labelled ground under repair, but otherwise in good shape.
Nice day at DadMiller
Had not played Dad Miller in a while. Course was in pretty good condition overall. Fairways were nice and rough low. Greens were perfect; smooth and fast, but not too fast. Pace was good as we finished in less than 4 1/2 hours. Clubhouse and bar were nice. Will be playing ad Miller again soon.
Pace of play terrible
Avoid play at this course. Remodel has sloweds things down to a crawl; driving range opened late in dat I played. Greens were best part of course; needs much more love
Very bumpy fairways. Slowest game in a long time.
Like others have said almost every hole is parallel with other holes. Tee boxes drive into people hitting their ball after they hook/slice it. Very bumpy fairways. Extremely slow play. We started at noon and finished just short of 5pm. At two points, there were 3 groups waiting at the tee box when we got to it. Can’t see myself playing here again.
Short and quick
Had a 6 am tee time so pace of play was fast. Hadn’t golfed here in many years, was surprised how short many of the par 4 holes are. Greens in good condition and easy to read.
Course Condition
greens and tee boxes in good shape. Fairways very uneven/bumpier. 80% of holes are parallel with each other creating dangerous conditions. A lot of players in wrong fairways and tee box activity directly into a player on another hole. Two groups in front of us was a twosome with the group directly in front of us was a sixsome. Very slow play on back 9.
This course is in bad shape
Fairways are ruff and bumpy with holes and tree roots everywhere. While driving the cart it feels like your teeth are going to rattle out. 3 holes are under maintenance and you have to hit off of mats. One of these holes is 69 yards long.
Disappointed
Three holes were shortened for no clear reason, par 5 -10th hole was shortened to a 120 yard par 3 off a mat. 11th was shortened to 70 yards off a mat , par 5 -15th was shortened to a par 4 making the course a par 68...
Notice
We played not knowing 4 holes where under repair. Starter should have informed us prior to playing.its not fair.
Course Repairs
Looking forward to having course repairs on 10th. 11th and 12th course.

FIRST OFF THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION THE COURSE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. 2ND I WAS ASKED TO PAY A PORTION OF MY GREEN FEE'S UPFRONT WHILE I BOOKED THIS TEE TIME ONLINE & CHARGED FULL PRICE WHEN I ARRIVED. DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE WHILE UNDER CONSTRUCTION 3 HOLES ARE ALTERED AND REALLY TAKE FROM THE EXPERIENCE.
Be up front and fair to your customers!
I have always liked this course, but hadn’t been there in a while, I didn’t know that the course was in a state of repairs with closed fairways and temporary tee boxes, par 5 turned into par 3, you should post this on your site and disclose to people who want to play your course. Not charge full price and surprise players when they play your course. That’s not fair to the customer, I will not be going back there.
Same as always
Decent pace. Flat course. Lots of wet areas (not from rain obviously). Some holes under construction and you have to hit off temporary pads.
