It would have been great to know the three (3) holes were under repair and not really available otherwise it was a great outing.
Under construction
I did not know the course was under construction. A bit of info would be nice
Good To Cut Teeth
This is good place to cut your teeth and hone your ability to play a course. Was at a decent pace. People were nice, hope it stays this way. High like ability from this guy.
Under Repair
Came to this course looking forward to playing a round. Nothing mentioned that course was under going major repairs to numerous holes. Course had problems on 11,12,and 14 . Nothing mentioned on Golfnow website and nothing posted regarding anything other than hole 11. Very disappointed with what occured today from Golfnow representatives not informing the golfer on the course and Dad Miller not posting enough info in Club house informing the golfer. Its not like they were offering any discount for the round.
Bad, but getting better
Every tee box is worn out, fairways are all pretty, bad.. but it’s all in the price.
They’re working on making it better at the moment.

Beware of # 10 and # 11 work being done on fairways and tee boxes. was not aware of this when we booked.
Easy, short municipal course.
Dad Miller is your typical municipal course located in Orange County. It’s fairly short, has about a few standout holes with distinct layouts, and is overall a standard golf course.
Not too much undulation, pace is relatively slow. The group behind us was literally 3 holes behind. Weird that the marshall did nothing about it.
Well maintained golf course
Well maintained greens but there are some dirt in the fairways.

We really enjoyed the course’s layout, pace of play and the maintenance was good. Best part was getting back to relaxing in the restaurant. The customer service by LT was phenomenal.

Some of the greens needed repairs. But met some great playing partners
I love this course because it forces you to shape the ball in both direction
Average course
Played on Sunday with a foursome. Course layout is all over the place. Wild shots coming from all over the place. Average at best for the price.

It is exciting to see the improvements being made to improve Dad Miller. Notification of these repairs is posted on the DM website and several locations throughout the clubhouse and course.
Typically a round of golf takes about 3:45 on weekdays and 4:15 on weekends.
This course is easy to walk, affordable and there are additional money saving programs available through the Players Club and Senior memberships.
The course offers plenty of challenges for the mid to high handicap golfer.
