I’ll just break it down by categories then give a sum up at the end:

Staff - pro shop guy does his job at the bare minimum. Seemed rather perturbed and maybe because he read some disparaging comments on here. You don’t need to be happy but remember that you’re the face of the course so, crack a smile. The starter, Bob I think, was a nice guy. Very personable. When asked how the course was he quickly answered “terrible”. Whether that was sarcasm or heartfelt, I let the round determine that.

Tee Boxes - maybe 50% are bad. Extremely uneven. Some very bare. Some perfect.

Greens - the worst part of the course, hands down. Patchy. Big divots all over. Slow.

Fairways - Actually not bad. We just had rain so decent, I’d say. Well Cut and manicured.

Pace of Play - very good. We finished in 4 hours on the dot with our foursome. But the course wasn’t busy. So that speaks volumes.

Hospitality - some beverages in the pro shop along with chips and candy / granola bars. But, you gotta deal with the pro shop

Happy guy which isn’t fun. No beer cart person. Bathrooms on the course, I didn’t touch them. Bathrooms in the club bourse were open and working. There is no driving range, just a mat and a net. The practice green by the first tee does not reflect

The greens on the course both in condition and speed.

So overall, the course needs money to fix the crap. There has been efforts to fix greens but not to any avail. Patches of different grass will impact your line. But here is the magical thing, you can move your ball so you don’t hit those patches of crap. Move the ball. That’s all it takes.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone play here. The course needs love but, it needs $$ to put into it.

They closed all restroom, even inside proshop.

There are really horrible course.

Why would this course be this expensive. I’ve seen dog runs that look better. Why would golf now allow this it’s like stealing the course is just horrible and I’m more disappointed in Golf Now I use to play for 25$ and that was to much what a joke

I'd played this course many times over the years and liked it, hadnt been here in a long while, thought we'd play annew course from our normal. What a mistake. Not one green is being taken care of with huge dead area holes through out them all. no chance of making putts. No bathrooms open. NONE. Staff was indiffernet to talk to, not very friendly. Just a horrible experience and unfortunately, and I'm not just saying this, I will never ever be back. Worse waste of $55 I've ever spent. I normally don't leave reviews, but this was terrible. This should have been a $25 dollar round with warning of the bad greens. Worse than punched. really unplayable. I mean ive dealt with bad courses through the years, but nothing like this.

I play here often. You can see from other reviews that the course is in horrid shape. I note today that a cart with new batteries died after nine holes. The batteries are not being maintained. The owner was notified that the cart barn person(s) have no supervision and do the least work possible. The owner says he does not need any outside input and even said the course was in the best shape in ten years. I hope this place survives but it looks worse all the time.

There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING being done to maintain this course. Out of the gate the cart was filthy and brakes were bad. Fairways and greens look like something from Jumanji.

I understand things are suffering due to covid but the real kicker was.....bathroom on front was out of order. Held it until the turn and at 2:00 pm found the clubhouse locked, no employees at all. The restroom on the back side of the clubhouse also closed. We drove on the the restroom on the back and it too was out of order. Someone had broken the barricade down and the toilet was full to the rim with crap. Absolutely disgusting! Public health hazard!! How can you take someone's money and not tell them that there are no restrooms at all available???

We will NEVER play here again. Shame on you.

Worst condition of any course played in 50 years.Take off Golf Now...

This was the worst condition golf course I’ve ever played.. The greens were horrible! They were pitted with dead spots all over!!

Greens have pot holes everywhere and are not well maintained at all. Love the classic layout but they are not taking care of the course.. picture is an example of most of the greens...

The fairways looked like a cow pasture and the greens were horrible. Impossible to make a decent putt.

For a course that costs about the same as a decent course to play a round, it is absolutely horrible. Poor fairways, greens are the worst I’ve ever seen, sand traps are just hard dirt. I gave the course another try because I just wanted to play a round of golf, so I wasn’t even expecting much at all, but it completely ruined my day and was not even remotely enjoyable. I had more fun talking trash about the course, then actually playing. I don’t know what they do with all the money that they charge, but it certainly isn’t going towards maintaining their golf course.

Played here five years ago. Today the course is simply horrible ? Will not play again.

I see some things getting better mainly due to golfers who live in the area doing some work on greens but they are still bad ant the course workers themselves do very little.

Biggest new thing is that the is no terminal available to post your scores.

Hope this place survives.

Awful condition with at least 2 temporary greens... for that price it should be illegal

I paid 40 for this course and it was not worth it. The fairways are mediocre. The greens are absolutely trashed! Dirt holes everywhere and unless you are just learning to play, do not play here. We paid 40 bucks and it was worth 20 bucks top.

Not sure when the photos of the course were taken but they are not representative of the current condition. As noted by many reviewers, the course is not up to "par". Not even close. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I left after 9 holes.

Perhaps it's due to being wintertime, but the course was not in the greatest shape. Many areas were overcome with gophers everywhere. Many areas had large swaths of dead or no grass (including the greens). Greens not well maintained, just check out pictures on Yelp or TripAdvisor. The club house is very run down, needs a complete remodel. I would say this course is probably worth more like $20 a round instead of $45 with the cart.
