Conditions
I’ve played this course before and always good but this time I was a little disappointed with the upkeep I’m not sure why the bunkers were all grown in with grass and no sand. I hope they don’t put all their efforts into the Champ Course at the expense of the Glades. But overall staff was very accommodating and friendly and really no complaints
The hard work shows
This place has had its ups and downs. However the courses are in great shape and the new building is beautiful. The staff is super friendly. Haven't tried the restaurant yet though. The hard work put into this place really shows.
If you haven't tried Colony West, you should!
The course is in great shape and with all of the updated amenities it is a pleasure to play.
Very disappointing
I had a free afternoon so I decided to play a quick 18. The course was beyond disappointing. The greens and tee boxes were terrible. The fairways were full of weeds and the trees overgrown. I have played this course many times and this is the worst condition I have seen it in. I should have paid the extra $7 and played the champ course. Those greens looked magnificent. Nearly all tee boxes were in worse conditions than what you would find in a driving range. The only yardage marker is the 150. Not even on the sprinkler heads.
Cheap but really fun
Great bang for your buck. No matter how many times I play this course it’s fun. Really great balance of short holes and long holes. Traps have no sand is my only gripe. Great course though

Loved this place for a couple of intermediate golfers having fun. New clubhouse opening in 2 weeks, staff amazing!
Staff could be more friendly
Yes the cost was only $19.00 per person group of 4. I've played this course and the Champion course many times. This time I brought 3 new people to play with me and they all thought the level of service was very poor when visited the new proshop and when getting the cart keys. Pace was slow and I contacted the proshop to send a ranger (never did) which raises the question "should I expect that kind of service when you pay $19.00 per round?"
Repetitious
Played again for 2nd consecutive day and we were very pleased with everything including pace of play and staff friendliness. Always looking forward to playing this course
Always pleased
Played this course once again today and my wife and I were very pleased with pace of play. Looking forward to playing here again before heading north. Staff have always been very friendly.
Tourist
Mistakenly thought it was a full course but it’s an executive course. Fairways are not in best shape. Staff was friendly
