Right on time start … starter was on everyone to be prompt and the 1:10 start was right on time
Coarse was in great shape and we played 18 in 4:20

Other reasonably priced courses in the Coachella Valley have poor conditions. Tahquitz is much better. Both courses are challenging, especially as they are very differently designed.

Too much wind
With wind gusting at over 50 mph, the course should have been closed. We played through as we couldn't get a refund.
I'd play the course again under better weather conditions.

Not that great!
Terrible practice range (very little grass, uneven tee boxes); lots of debris on the course from high winds with little evidence of anyone cleaning it up. Sand traps full of stones and dirt. Fairways were in good shape. Greens average

The foursome ahead of us had a least 2 holes open ahead of them and did not speed up until it started to get dark. We finished but could have finished about 1/2 hour quicker

Wide open course with only one water hole. Fun and friendly for the recreational golfer on vacation. Pace of play was very good.
