Spotty greens
Those greens that weren't burned out were very slow because of lack of mowing. Fairways even more space.
Good course
Greens bumpy and grass thin as it is that time of year here. Enjoyable but hard to get a putt to stay on line.
Excellent course-
Best course we played in the St. Augustine area. Course in great shape, lots of different looks on various holes. Worth the money!
One bad apple
The course layout is very good, but it’s not in the best condition. It’s very good for a high handicap golfer or someone learning the game.
Our ONLY issue was with the cart guy I will call B.A. (bad attitude). He was surly, rude, and condescending to us. We pulled our cart next to the bag holding area to load the clubs from the rack to golf cart and he said “Not a good place to park the cart guys!” He was whipping in and out of the cart barn, driving aggressively while guests walked into the Pro Shop. He just felt like his job was the most important thing and didn’t care about the safety of any golfers. Everyone else was friendly and welcoming. This guy Is suited for customer service positions. Despite his attitude we will return to the course.
Poor shape
Most greens were in poor shape with many bare areas. No snack bar in operation. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Carts are aged and the one I was driving had issues with power throughout play.
Tough Greens
I enjoyed my golf round today.The staff was friendly and courteous. The greens were spotty and inconsistent. Many putts bounced toward the hole very frustrating. However I had a good time.
Needs some work
Many of the tee boxes were more dirt than grass and the greens were extremely bumpy. Couldn't tell if the grass was dying or just in transition. Always liked the track, but it has seen better days.
Great course
Great course for this time if year. Keep in mind the restaurant and bar are closed right now so you got to bring your refreshments
It is a busy course but still very friendly for beginners
Several of greens are in trouble
Always love the course...but several greens are in trouble...may want to look for other options...
Winter golf
Course was good and fun to play. Greens were spotty but were fairly fast. Tee boxes were fine and fairways were cut.
No food nor adult beverages .
Great Day
Had a great time at this course from arriving to check in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were paired with a local and he was brilliant at giving us advice and some history of the course. Thegreens could use some work but overall for the price we would rate this our best round of golf this trip.
Bad greens
Did the county sell this course to the developer ? The greens are the worst shape I’ve seen in over 30 years . Sorry to see, I love this course
We had a wonderful experience today. The course was in good shape. The staff was friendly and professional.
Fun track with a few rough spots!
Playable golf course for most talent levels! Tight spots on the course with plenty of water hazards! A number of the greens on the course are In rough condition with bare spots! Hopefully course conditions improve this spring!
Greens have some problems
Greens are starting deterioration on some holes...no ranger or active course management....Club house/bathrooms were closed to date at 5:43pm....not sure what happen
