Bad/ Lazy Staff

The young tall blonde cashier is the worst. The tee box was getting very crowded without a starter in sight so I asked if he could announce what group was up and what groups were next to prevent confusion. 10 mins went by and he hadn’t made one announcement. 2 5somes were in front of my group and each player hit two balls off the first tee. It came to my group and we tried to hit 2 balls each off the tee and all of a sudden this maintenance/starter comes up and yells that we can’t hit two balls off the first tee. My group obliged but I would never recommend Lakewood Because the kicker is the two groups of 5 somes in front of us were white players and my group was black players

Armando the supervisor

Armando filmed me without permission and was extremely hostile towards me. Please hire someone professional and please erase my video! Also 6 hr round on a Tuesday morning is ridiculous!!

Terrible Experience

The pro shop workers are extremely rude and will pair you with random players and still charge your for their spot. Terrible golf course conditions. Overall was a very poor experience and rude staff.

The course is spectacular! With its many obstacles, water hazards, deep bunkers protecting the greens and sharp dog turn holes this course can be very difficult. at the same time with long tree lined fairways and large greens creates the perfect atmosphere for amateurs Beginners and scratch golfers alike a well balanced playing field.. More on the $$$ side but worth every penny! With a full bar and good food items. And large chipping and bunker practice area and 20+ stall driving range. Be ready to enjoy a beautiful day
