Horrible pace of play. It took 5.5 hours.

The group in front of ours playing from blue with handicap of higher than 30.... their driver barely reach 200 yards. And they are looking for their balls forever.

A whole hole was open ahead of them. If there was marshall, it would have been quicker.

Basically, the course is in pretty good shape, I don’t know how difficult it is to put grass seed down on bare spots, but it appears that LA county courses it’s nonexistent. No water to buy on the whole golf course no cart girl on the golf course, no snack bar open at the turn to buy anything on the golf course. The driving range looks like a prison yard. Is it that hard to put down grass seed and water? The definition of a sand trap is to have sand in it, not have to pull the ball out of the trap every time.

Pace of play is still consistently bad. A lot of waiting in between holes especially hole 3 and 12. Hole 12 is just a horribly designed and placed hole where almost every golf struggles because of the distance, wind, and water, which backs up the hole by literally almost 4 groups. Tee markers should just be moved up honestly.

To many divot holes on the greens. No body fixes there divots.

I like this course overall and the pace of play was pretty good. Two main issues:

1. Course condition- the course was soaked, the greens had ball marks all over the place and there was trash throughout the course. We got hit up by a Marshall because we were 2 ft off the cart path, but maybe the guy should've been picking up trash or fixing ball marks.

2. Snack shed at the turn wasn't open. It was 850 am when we made the turn. That thing should open by 8. Just an opinion.

Restrooms were FILTHY. Tolit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Greens needed work.

Too much grass cuttings in fairways.

This was a very good course. A great layout with some challenging holes. The pace of play was painful though. There were very slow groups ahead of us and no Marshall to keep everyone on track.

Overall the course was in pretty decent shape. The fairways were better than average and the greens were nice, but God help you if you’re unfortunate to land in a bunker. They were basically like concrete where it was impossible to hit a decent shot out of them. You would be better off hitting off the cart path as the lie is more predictable and even. Of course I was in the bunker 4 out of the first 6 holes so I can assure you this wasn’t an isolated case. They’re all bad. Hopefully they will make some improvements in the future that will make the course playable.
