Eagle Glen Golf Club

The course conditions are good expect for some fairway patches that need some love. Greens are lightning fast and hold shots well. Awesome layout and awesome views. Club house is a cool place to hangout after the round with terrific food and views. Maybe the only complaint (besides fairways) would be pace of play? But it’s expected on a difficult course like this. Overall great value during the week and one of the better courses in the IE.

Views are always great here but the condition of the course does not warrant the $125 tee time. Fairways are beat up and rock hard. Bunkers are like concrete. Best part of the course I would say are the greens. Rolled smooth. I would pay no more than $80 to play here.

Beautiful layout, varied tea boxes make for a challenging course. Greens were fast and true. Beware of road construction on cart pads can be a bit tricky. Bunkers are fair, but a bit rough and gravity. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one requests would be less announcements on the golf cart, computer screen, and a few tea boxes need to be tidied up.

perfect weather at a course with exceptional views. Recent rains tore up some of the fairways, but in general, the course was very playable. The rough is a good term for off fairway lies, but made for a good challenge. People I played with were very nice. Carts functioned well. Sand traps in good condition. Greens are tough, both to read and figure out the speeds. Post round, had a nice beer and Nachos in the clubhouse, though there was a bit of a sluggish service for the food. Overall, a very good time was had.

First time playing and it appears the course is on the decline, with all the rain this year it’s hard to understand how the fairways could be so bad. The greens were the only thing in good condition. Great layout though. It could be a top course in the area if the conditions were better.

The fairways were really bad! Many bare spots and weeds. The tee boxes also needed help. The bunkers were rock hard and many had rocks in them. This used to be a great course; not anymore. I will not return until they make major improvements. I only gave value a two star instead of one because I got a reduced rate on GolfNow.

We had a twenty minute delay before we could start, the front 9 was extremely slow, and I had to wait for 15 minutes for range balls.

The day I played the course, it was suffering from poor drainage after a rain storm. Although the greens were maintain, the fairways showed neglect, mold and fungus. The cart paths were broken up and needed repair. Although the staff was courteous and professional, their service could not overcome very poor course conditions. It is clear that addition $$$ are needed for the course to get back in shape. I wont be booking Eagle Glen anytime soon..
