Had a 12:40 time with sunset scheduled for 4:30 - should have been time enough to get in 17 holes.

The pace was excruciatingly slow and we only ended up finishing 11 holes.

Expensive enough as it is.

Will never go back again

Fairways not kept, greens were ok (pin placement on slopes) so annoying. Overall not worth the $$$. Will go to another track in the area instead. Oh… the starter was terrible. Confrontational from the moment I put my bag down, called me up 25mins early and said go with them or play by yourself. Just not a friendly guy and is enough for me to not return:for me to go elsewhere. Still shot a 78, but just a bad feeling all day due to the bad starter.

Second time reviewing this course. Had a hot deal from GolfNow for a 1120am tee time on a Sunday for $45 (being from Orange County, that is a steal!!!) The course is always a beautiful but challenging layout with ever-changing elevations that require a conservative approach on some holes with opportunities to go for the hero shot on other holes. The staff and amenities are top notch to say the least.

The only thing this course needs serious work on is maintaining its pace of play. There is no starter to enforce a reasonable pace of play which resulted in a couple occasions where there were 1-2 groups waiting to get to tee boxes. Fortunately, the course is a great enough experience to where that can be overlooked by some players but is the only thing that helps it from being an absolute 5-star experience.

Course is nice and greens in good shape bunkers need a lot of help not enough sand in them either hitting out of hard pack or gravel

Got grouped with two 30 something guys who were cordial which helped us get through front nine at snails pace. We got grouped with a miserable, stubby older white pri ck. He had no etiquette at all and just looked pathetic like he was mad at his own life. People like that dampen the vibe, he had negative energy. Not worth even wasting one minute of my precious time for such trash. Lot of players due to being close to the holidays. The rough is looking a bit too thick, hard to find some balls which were in bounds. Please cur the grass.

It was intermittent light rain. No waiting at any point. Course played well, ball landed and rolled correctly, greens were fair though large and challenging to read. Carts worked well. A nice day of challenges for our twosome. Price very favorable. And the clubhouse food and drink are superior. Green practice area is good, though driving range and limited chipping area are very basic.

The marshall on our booking date was very accommodating and we had quick conversation about poker. Enjoyed this day with my dad.

Beautiful course, beautiful views, staff is really nice, some areas on the fairways need some work, and the greens are FAST. Be prepared for some 3 putts lol. Shoutout to the starter Bic. Really nice fun guy.

Coarse Marshall was top not friendly. Wish I could say the same for the pro shop employee. I felt like I was bothering him. Players who joined us were fun and interesting. It was also nice to have a cart girl on-course on a Monday. Definitely a target golf course on most of the holes!

The fairways are little dry but hardly any bold spots. Greens are well maintained and very fast. Club house and restaurant look very nice except some repair work going on. Course layout is well thought of with different challenges. The holes are not especially long but you’d better hit it straight or loosing balls in the hazards. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pace of play. No marshals were around. The 4-some in front of us fell way behind but still taking their time moving very slowly. We ended up jumping them to the next hole after 9 holes.
