Eagle Glen Golf Club

Very nice course with challenging holes. It’s even more challenging when the first 3 are cart path only. It’s difficult to walk up hills when it’s hot and boy was it hot.

Some holes had some GUR signs so hopefully the next time I play there, these won’t be around and maybe we don’t have too many cart path only holes. The greens were in great shape except for one towards the end of my round which had some bald spots.

I look forward to playing here again.

The GM Peter has let this place go. Broken golf carts, slow pace of play… sad. Was a great course in the past

Currently this course is in great condition. Fairways are green, cut well and smooth. The greens are perfect. If there is any constructive criticism it would be to take the time to bring the tee boxes up to the course standards.

3 hours and 17 minutes to play 9 holes. After seeing two groups waiting on the next tee box (same thing we had seen for the first 9), I quit after 9.

Staff either was not interested, or had no staff, to deal with it.

After seeing a bunch of 5 star reviews, I thought I'd give Eagle Glen another shot. 1240 time, arrived at noon. Pro shop staff neglected to tell me they were out of carts and running behind. "You're all checked in, go see the starter below."

Starter was nowhere to be found. Finally drove back from where he was about 10 minutes later and got the bad news about no carts and being behind. About an hour behind....

Hit the bar to kill time, stood there for a good 10 minutes before a bar tender asked if I wanted anything. They were more interested in talking fantasy football it seemed.

Once out on the course, the course was fine. Decent shape for how warm it is and pace of play was decent. Finished at 6pm

Best vibes from the starter, bartender, other staff and all golfers in my 4-some. Paired up with the finest (younger than me) golfers that I've played alongside on a public golf course in about 24 years. One guy shot a 68 with a lowest of 63, another guy birdied 3 holes in a role as a scratch golfer, the other guy had superb shots throughout the round and finished in low 70s. All guys were friendly, respectful, highly skilled at technical golf, never arrogant/cocky, and were great to witness. Probably the best golf experience (in terms of people vibes) I've had throughout the years in SoCal. Ice and water supplied by starter assistant and bartender. Very nice clubhouse and atmosphere inside. Scenic course with a variety of holes. Surrounding landscape looked great. Friendly deer near the fairways. I didn't know what to expect coming to Eagle Glen. Pleasantly satisfied with this experience.

This is a fun course to play, but it seems like they over book or don’t marshal the pace of play. Plan on 5.5 hours to play your full round.

On scorching hot day finally brought wife to the field but not to plat but enjoy scenery of course.

Which we enjoyed, son and I played well to have good score. Except as I have mentioned too hot….

staff was great! Cart girl Kallie was adorable.

our golf cart however… was crappy, roof was barely holding on, the brake did not lock which was a real pain. It was a very hot day and the ice machine was empty so no ice for cooler and not one water cooler was on course to refill water.

So that made the day feel longer.

Enjoyed the course but when its 107*, its disappointing to have no drinking water on any holes and cart service that came around once, just does not seem like their thinking about their customers.

Weather was good and Hot

Met Food cart 3 times which was excellent because course doesn’t swing by club house.

Wish they has more sandwich options to choose from

Great place. Good value. Slightly overbooked and had another group rushing me for the first half. After we let them pass it went better. Overall great place to play. Very equivalent to oak quarry and better price. First half of course had great views of the valley. Came across deer and road runners which was cool. Will definitely try again.
