Great Layout!!! Great Lake Views!!!

Enjoyed playing course and will play again!!! I loved the Marsh Course, the Blue Course not so much!!! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!!! Great views of the Bay but did not like so much the distance between Tee Boxes and traversing the neighborhood traffic!!! Greens a little bumpy!!! Overall a good day of golf!

Cheap golf

This course wasn’t bad for what we paid. For $25-$35 you can’t expect a top tier golf course. It had a nice layout and would be perfect for a new golfer. We were the first tee time of the days so didn’t wait on anyone. This made the under-maintained course more enjoyable. The fairways and rough weren’t in great condition. It was a little odd the distance between the front and back nine. It is a 5-10 minute drive between 9s with minimal signage directing you. Overall, not a bad course for what you pay.

Muni type conditions.

So they’ve taken parts of two courses and made them into on course and closed the other 9 holes on the other two courses, from what I could tell. I played the tips, based on the scorecard yardage, and it was much shorter than that. No reflectors on the flag sticks. So laser yardage was hard to get and the yardages marked on the course were iffy at best. The greens were over seeded, sorta, and slow, so slow they wouldn’t take the break that you read on most holes. For the price, it was a good time killer, but I wouldn’t play it again.

They have improved every aspect of this course. The greens and tee boxes are growing in. In fact the greens could be cut shorter now. Needs a beer cart or half way house.

Bluewater Bay

This course is 2 separate 9 hole courses. Bay and Marsh. It’s not premier like Kelly Plantation but at $25 it ain’t KP price either. I enjoyed myself and felt challenged.

Good late fall day

Course was in great shape for late fall. Greens in great shape. Pace of play was good except when I caught up with a five some of not very good golfers on last 4 holes. Overall great course, will play it again soon.
