The Golf Garden of Destin

Cost only $15. True it’s not fancy , but we’ll maintained and it serves its purpose if you just want a quick round with no fluff.
Nice little driving range but I hate hitting off mats. Wish some ranges just had good ole fashioned sod.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The driving range pretty good, but the actual course not very good at all. The greens terrible terrible shape the cart paths terrible conditions if driving a cart. I guess if I didn't have anywhere else to play I might go back but I don't think so in the future.

Fairways and greens were cut higher than usual which made the ball slow but most tee boxes, greens and fairways were in good condition for the price and course size.

My daughter and I were playing a round when we pulled up to a tee box that had orange cones at it.. I was in a cart behind her and her mom. I noticed the area where the cones were starting to spew water and yelled at her to move . At this point I was trapped ,the whole area blew within a second and covered me and filled my bag with water and sand. After a few minutes the water was shut off and a maintenance man name Dennis S came upon us. He immediately started accusing me of intentionally sitting in the line of fire of the explosion of water and sand to comp a golf game. I had to jump off the cart to not get covered in sand but was too late. He was extremely belligerent to me, my daughter and her mother. I was beyond bewildered from his accusations to say the least but held my cool so as not to end up in jail. Upon contacting front desk they advised me they had numerous complaints on the guy before. So I contacted the manager through email after we got home from vacation. Jodi offered to refund my money but I declined and wanted to hear from the owners. Being a business owner myself I wanted to let them know how their employees are treating their customer base.I gave them a whole month to contact me and even sent another email to which I never got a response from the owners or the manager Jodi. It was apparent they got their money and was not interested in speaking to an unfairly treated customer. My advice is to stay clear of this Golf Garden of Destin if you want to enjoy your day. Horrible non existent customer service and the course was not that good either. Owners apparently couldn't care less if you ever return. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life playing golf. I'll never be back and I hope you take this as a word of warning .. go elsewhere this place is horrible..

This is largely a par 3 course with the exception of two holes that were par 4’s. Greens were slow. Not a single sand trap, but cart paths are all made of sand. And my cart kept dying. Took a few times hitting the gas pedal to get it going every time. It’s not expensive, but just know what you’re getting yourself into.

The cart paths are pretty bad, but the golf was pretty good. Definitely a good value, and good practice.

This is a great 9 - hole course. Course is in great condition. Pace is slower than I like, but for the price I'm not complaining. Enjoyed it so much that I played it the next day.

We walked and talked and met some other out of town era just like us at a corner par took pictures for them .
We enjoy it each time we play here and when you book through GOLFNOW the price is great. . Bring a couple extra ballls for home 8 just in case. We made it but there were quite a few in the water

Great little 9 hole course, irons only are needed.. walking is best.. the greens are in great shape

For February course I’m fairly good shape. Nice little getaway. I heard course may be shutdown next year to build new homes. Too bad. Course is a good deal for a quick nine holes.
