About
Both the East Course and the West Course at Jacaranda Golf Club are four-star rated by Golf Digest. These challenging golf courses weave across a tropical landscape covered with blue lagoons, tranquil ponds, and swaying palm trees. The West Course is the shorter of the two courses but it is no less challenging. Strategy and skill, rather than length, are the determining factors on this layout. With water hazards to avoid, numerous tricky doglegs, and tight bunkering along the greensides and landing areas, this course is definitely a shot-maker's layout. The raised, sloped greens and undulating, tree-lined fairways will require some careful maneuvering. The outward nine is slightly more forgiving than the demanding inward nine, which features more boldly contoured green complexes. The challenging, yet versatile design of both golf courses has made Jacaranda one of southeast Florida's most popular golfing destinations.

Not as good as it could be
Jacaranda West
Initial disappointment was that the range was irons only. My driver had not been behaving and I really wanted to sort it out. Range balls were exorbitant at nearly $10 for about 40 balls in a small bucket. Our tee time was 1147 but got out around 1107. The course was packed but we played the first nine in an hour thirty. Slower on the back but finished in three and a half hours. Tee boxes were adequate, but the fairways were excellent, like playing off a plush carpet. However the greens were not good. They were patchy and slow, not at all like the practice green which was beautiful. Bunkers were hard and full of rocks which peppered the greens. Fairways were generous and the rough was short, but could be difficult. Water hazards were abundant but mainly visual as they were not really in play until 17 and 18 where they really caught the attention. I enjoyed the layout of the course, but the greens and greenside bunkers brought the rating down. I would play this course again with a good “Hot Deal”.

Nice play to play, good practice facility, friendly staff - good location and will return next time in FLL.

Superb condition and value
Considering that this is a public course and has had a real battering from wet weather and hurricanes the entire course was in amazing condition. We have played here 2-4 times a year for the last 5yeaes and this was the best we have ever seen it Great fairways, good tees and bunkers and more than acceptable greens.
Thank you so much for the excellent review. Our maintenance staff works very hard to keep the course is pristine conditions regardless of the weather we are presented with each year. We hope to see you again soon!
Great Course
This is a great course. Staff is super friendly for the most part. Conditions were good, especially for public course. The layout was challenging, but manageable. Less water hazards compared to other courses I've experienced in Florida so far. I hear the East course is slightly more difficult so I look forward to trying that one out.

I never the got the golf.now com rate. I unfortunately signed up for the preferred VIP rate thinking that was what I had with golf now.
The pace took 5.30 to play.
Terrible continuity in my play. Our entire foursome had a pretty negative view of the management.

The course was in excellent condition with carpet-like fairways and speedy, true greens. It was a fabulous day of golf!

Best Course in S. Florida
West Course Conditions were excellent.... 1st rate course from check in to 19th hole. The course is challenging but not tremendously riddled with hazards which allows for some shot making. I enkoyed the bunkers in the middle of the fairways and placement of greens. I really cant say enough how nice the fairways and greens were. Greens rolled fast/ faster as the day went on. Very happy, definitely will be back.

Never disappointed
I play here 6-10 times a year and it's always great. A little soft due to all the rain but otherwise great. No problem playing the ball down and the greens are just fast enough.
