About
Both the East Course and the West Course at Jacaranda Golf Club are four-star rated by Golf Digest. These challenging golf courses weave across a tropical landscape covered with blue lagoons, tranquil ponds, and swaying palm trees. The West Course is the shorter of the two courses but it is no less challenging. Strategy and skill, rather than length, are the determining factors on this layout. With water hazards to avoid, numerous tricky doglegs, and tight bunkering along the greensides and landing areas, this course is definitely a shot-maker's layout. The raised, sloped greens and undulating, tree-lined fairways will require some careful maneuvering. The outward nine is slightly more forgiving than the demanding inward nine, which features more boldly contoured green complexes. The challenging, yet versatile design of both golf courses has made Jacaranda one of southeast Florida's most popular golfing destinations.

Very nice conditions and great greens
I was pleasantly surprised following our recent
hurricane how quickly the Jacaranda staff was able
to get the west course back in playing condition. The staff and iversll experience was great. I'll be back!!

Excellent Honest Employees !
We played the East course but encountered a thunder delay. I had inadvertently left my wallet in the 19th hole, The staff informed me via the GPS cart system that my wallet was found & I could pick it up at the 19th hole.
I got my wallet (with considerable amount of money, ALL intact !)
Needless to say I gave the staff a $50 reward !
I just want to thank the staff for being so honest and straight forward !!!
I would definitely return to play!

Stay out of the traps
How could a course as nice as this one in terms of layout and condition have sand traps this bad. You're better off playing in a rock quarry, because that's what the traps are like. Mainly hard pan, with the white net matting coming through. Although some of the times you'll get some sand which is mainly rocks. The only time you get soft sand is where it's been racked up the sides, so when you miss the green by 1 foot your ball buries down from 2 to 6 inches and you're lucky if you can find it. Forget about hitting it. By far the worst sandtraps in Florida.
We'd like to thank you again for the feedback. We're glad you were able to play both golf courses and we're sorry to hear the bunkers were not up to par. The rain we've received this summer makes bunker maintenance a major challenge and we'll work to improve those efforts.
GPS
Great course and experience..They need to fix or upgrade the gps on the carts ... they do not work properly..when pushing to score. Or getting back to course info..

Great conditions & value
If you haven't had the chance to play Jacaranda - East or West - I would highly recommend it. Course conditions are wonderful right now & it's a pleasure to hit irons & woods off these fairways. Love this course!

Fun but two things
Sand traps were washed out with re-bar sticking out where were steep inclines around some greens. Recent rain had sand hard packed.
Holes were terribly cut rounded edges consistantlly
Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our golf course. Over 13 inches of rain last week definitely did some damage to our bunkers and we are working to get them back up to par. That's the first we've heard about the way the holes were cut and we'll be sure to relay that information to our Superintendent. We hope to see you again soon.

Love the course... even with the downpour the course played well before and after. One of my favs in South Florida.

Fairways and greens were in great shape. Staff was very accommodating and had virtually no wait. Overall I highly recommend the course.

This course was fun to play. Challenging, but fair. The greens were fast. It took some getting used to. 4 1/2 hours to play, which was OK. Staff was great. Nice snack bar. 2 beer carts. I'll definitely return, especially with the Golf Now Hot Deals!!
