West at Jacaranda Golf Club

Very nice course in good condition. The greens were fast and in good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful. Price is a bit steep, but good for the pace of play.

For the hot rate its a good track. Full price it is a bit high. Greens were soft but rolled true. ( I've been playing in AZ) Bunkers were fair. Beverage/snack attendee was lacking. Played on a Saturday mid day and saw the cart gal once on the 15th. Satisfied overall but could have been great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fairways and greens on excellent conditions. Nice course and club!

Course is in fantastic condition - greens fast and fairways cut to perfection. Played it from the tips and it was a very fun round. I have played ca 20 courses in the Ft Lauderdale/Miami area and the 2 courses at Jacaranda are on the top of my list. If you van get a deal through Golfnow, they go for it

Course in great shape. Greens fast, challenging. Pace of play superb. A bit pricey. Inside staff not so friendly; folks outside made up for it.

Beware when you booked at this Golf Country Club especially if you are out of town because if you book in the EAST course they will put you in the WEST Course whick is less challenging and very dangerous course because the tees are too close to the greens and if somebody hit an error shots it could end hitting you and knock you down. I dont know if how many accidents already happened in this course. Also, I played on Friday afternoon and the course is being played almost 5 hours fully packed.
On the other hand the fairways and greens are fair.

Beware when you booked this course because they will put you in more less challenging and fully packed, too much waiting time and very dangerous tees too close to the greens, WEST COURSE.
Especially if you are out of town players, they think you don't know how to play golf and they will put you to WEST Course.

Played the West course at Jacaranda and absolutely loved it! The layout was fair but challenging. The fairways and greens were in great condition and the bunkers were intimidating -- high sided, but with nice, fluffy sand. The greens were fairly fast and nicely shaped so that reading the breaks was critical.

Not directly related to play, but the overall landscaping of the course was like nothing I have played recently. Several times we stopped and noted how gorgeous the course was just to look at. Can't wait to play it again!

Played the gold tees which made the round longer than my home course. Forced me to use my long irons more frequently adding an element of fun and challenge. Greens were well maintained and fast. Despite being in a housing development very few houses in play

Overall, everyone was very friendly here except the starter. He was bossy. I hate it when the starter or cart guy bosses me around. Other than that, it was a perfect experience. Course was in very good shape. No way it is worth the full price of $90 but was well worth the $44 I paid thru golf now.

Nice course, medium-fast greens, fairway and greens are in good condition, average number of traps and hazards, wide open fairways, trees and bushes look nice and are generally off to the sides. Fun to play, met some nice players, staff is friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

It was a pleasure to play that golf course at that price.

Both courses are always in fantastic condition. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Even when it is busy, which it usually is, the pace of play remains reasonable. (4hr 15 min) My favorite courses in South Florida.

Had a tee time for 12.48. Arrived at he course to find out they were behind. Told by the starter to come back 30 mins after our tee time. Pro shop told us a group had turned up with more players than tee times but the Marshall's said a group of 16 guys had played early and asked to go out again so they had fitted them in. Great for the group but lousy for everyone behind them. They were very loud, drunk and got slower as the round went on. Our round was over 5 hours, our playing partners gave up after waiting 20 minutes on the 14th tee and many of the people with later tee times who should have got a full round in, did not finish. The course was in great shape but it was not an enjoyable round.

Excellent condition, this course its my preference! You see the flowers, water, big tree......its fabulous!
