Was charged $114 by GolfNow after showing up 0920 tee time I booked for 2 of us we each paid and still got charged I paid $5 fee the night before and said to pay the remaining balance at the course we did that and still was charged and still waiting to get reimbursed I tried to call and booked a tee time and was told I had to go on line with golf now so never again will I do that.

Tee boxes were mud , greens have a lot of bare spots making putting terrible. ball marks not fixed. Some greens had over 20 unrepaired ball marks

Greens were all muddy to start with, greens weren’t in the best shape.. I’ve played in the summer and this course was on pint then , beautiful greens and fairways but this time I played I was a bit disappointed to be honest

Excellent course with beautiful views overlooking the mountain and the city.

Love this course, but the greens show some strange wear that's not normal. Clearly recently punched, but there were multiple greens with non-punch damage that impacted putts. Overall, great experience again.

Off at 640am as a foursome with everyone forced to play from the blues. Group in front already on 1 green. Hole 3, the Marshall asks us to catch the threesome in front that started one hole ahead... Hole 5, Marshall asks us to catch them again. Finished 9 holes in 2hr05min. Marshall says we're behind. Look behind us as we're teeing off on 10. Group behind us just arriving.... Let us enjoy our 18 holes of golf if we're finishing our round in under 4hr15mins around this place

The course is quite challenging if you have not played it the first time. Blind shots and undulated greens where if you do not hit to the right spot, will absolutely punish you.

Course is in good condition except a lot of the tee boxes are very bare.

This was the first time playing this course in good weather and we really liked it. However, we probably won't come back as often due to an interaction with the marshal. We were first approached by the marshal to speed things up as the group in front of us was two holes in front. Grant it, they were a twosome and it was open in front of them, so they had no issues catching the group in front of them. We were three, so we couldn't necessarily keep the same torrid pace of the group in front. We said we'll try and catch up because we didn't check how fast we were playing.

Hole 5, he approaches us again and tell us that the group in front is a hole and a half in front of us and to speed things up again. Here, my friend got into it with the marshal. We would definitely speed things up if the group behind us was pushing us, but we haven't seen them at all the first 5 holes. On top of that, we finished the first 5 holes in 1 hour which I believe equates to a 3:45 pace. We weren't playing as fast as we normally do because this was essentially the first time we played the course and had to decide what to do. Anyway, we caught the group in front by hole 7 and was subsequently waiting for shots from time to time as pace slowed down.

Totally understand what the marshal was asking, but his wording was poor. His wording implied we were playing too slow even though we had completed the first 5 holes in an hour. It aggravated my playing partners tempos and subsequently we all hit a few poor shots because of it (yeah, we are mentally weak). Had he only asked we speed it up even though we were doing a decent time, I think it wouldn't have come across as harsh.

All in all, it was a nice course to play outside from the expectation of PoP here. I'm glad they push but if were doing a sub 4 hour pace mid morning, I think were doing pretty good. Especially since the entire 18 holes, we never saw the group behind us.

The Golf course was in very good condition

but the some tee boxes were being seeded and

not at right places.

Staff was welcoming. Practice facility was fine. Course layout ok except for too many blind shots for a first time experience.

But, the things that were the most disappointing we’re the tees and greens. I’ve played munis with better Tess and greens. Embarrassing at that price. Never again.

Thought this course would be a nice treat after seeing pictures and reviews. The pro shop staff was very friendly and helpful (a rare treat in southern california). The facilites were clean and food delicious and decently priced. As for the course, we were Wrong to assume the over-priced green fees would've meant good conditions. We were forced to play from one set of muddy, cratered, destroyed tee boxes, to marginal but soggy fairways, but the worst was once you reach the pitted, municipal course quality greens. If you didn't have a 4x4 patch of botched green repair in the middle of the green, you got to play pinball with unprepared divots.

Usually a decent course for the money, pace of play was out of control. We started our round at 11:40 and had to leave on hole 14 because we ran out of daylight! 5-1/2 hrs to play 14 holes! Hole 7 had a 35 minute wait to tee off, this has happened the last two times we have played this course. Didn’t see a Marshall the whole round, seems like they just gave up.

I have been playing this course whenever I visited to local area, because of very rare course built in mountain, have enjoyed scenery viewing , This time I disappointed I have seen not well maintained, specially putting green and tee box, not like used to be. Hopefully improve on next visit.

Love the course, but 8 minute tee times are not it. Move em back to 15 minutes in between. When people re-tee 2-3 times a hole you just can’t send em out that quick.

Pace of play was the worst experience ever. 3 hours for 9 holes. Did not bother with the back side. Tempted to call for a refund or rain check.

All tee box is on red tee.

They should let us know before we made reservation.
