Fun course

Overall this was a good and fun course. A lot of elevation changes. The 10th and 12th holes were fantastic. The 10th named the bowling alley lived up to its name with some of the tightest fairways I’ve seen. I assume the 12th is their signature hole called Skyhigh. It is a shot straight down the mountain with scenic views. My only complaint is some of the greens could use some love. The carts have GPS (which I could not figure out) and Bluetooth.

Decent course

Course was decent. Some of the greens need major work. The gnats were awful through out the course. Back 9 has better scenery than the front 9. Between 11 & 12 turn right to go uphill for the tee boxes. It was a good course just needs more work. Not worth the money they want thru the week. Carts have gps.

Excellent course but. . . .

This is a excellent well maintained front 9 holes wide open almost impossible to lose a ball. Back 9 more challenging . Tee box on the par 3 that’s is way up in the mountains needs a lot of work. Staff and starter really needs to emphasize to the golfers to fix their divots on the greens! A lot of my putts rolled off line because of so many ball divots not fixed. Course got the best of me. I want to come back and get my revenge!!!

Fun First Time

The staff at the pro shop was very flexible. First we had tee times for 2 at 11:30. Then my older son found he could join us and they moved us to 3 at 11:50. Then we were running late and they said "we'll just send you out after these members". It was hotter than blue blazes. Disappointed that we didn't see a beverage cart. Fun course, pretty hilly. Starter gave us some good advice before teeing off. Greens were a little rough. Overall, would play here again.

Gatlinburg Open

I like this course alot. This round was tough because it was either misting, rainingnor muggy and it was cart path only on a mountain course. I do not remember the rough being as high as it was either. Probably due to the constant rains that had been going on for days preceding our round. Still had fun with family foursome . I was worn out after round with all the hills and walking.. Still in good shape though at 65 years old.
