Nice Property - Overplayed

Great property but way too much traffic.

Tees and greens are showing the wear and tear of constant golfers. On full tee sheets

Very challenging

One of my playing partners said this course was more challenging the when he played the Black course in New York!

Course was wet, so it played long and cart plath only.. Took 5 hours.

18 totally different holes

Great layout with a fair challenge. Each hole has its own signature and name. Looking forward to my next trip to play again.

Pigeon Forge get away

The course itself was in bad shape. Huge muddy areas (bad drainage), greens were bare in spots, tee boxes full of divots, rough was 6" deep in areas. For the cost, I found the course not worth the money. I would play again if it were in the $40 range. Shark experience golf carts were helpful for yardage but difficult to understand for adding scores. Pace of play was average, starting about every 10-15 minutes, but backed up when trying to find a ball 3 feet from the fairway. Overall, a good experience, but would not pay $65 again for this course.

Not a course I will ever visit again.

Poor layout, poor conditions, poor service. It’s a hard pass, there are other courses close by that put it to shame.

Not impressed

The course is overrated for the cost. It is not well maintained, greens were sporadic, fairways were not mowed. I expected a little better course for the price.

Beautiful But Tough

Loved the course. Beautiful vistas and layout. But, you better be in shape. We were on cart path only. No flat lies lots of walking up and down the hillsides. Even when this course is dry it would be a challenge. I would love to play it again.

Must Play This Course!

This is an excellent course to play if your visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Course was in pretty good condition considering the 2 inches of rain the day before. Only issue is that some of the greens on the back nine were pretty beat up. Very fun and challenging layout in the mountains. The par 3, 12th, was really awesome (200 ft drop from tee to green)!

Great views all around. Highly recommended!.

Beautiful Views

My son and I played on a rainy morning. The course was in very good condition. However, a little damp. It is a very hilly course, so ‘carts on paths only’ was a little challenging. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend course to anyone.

Beautiful but sloooooow

This was my first time playing Gatlinburg GC. The location is perfect as well as the scenery..

The course was in good shape but be forewarned, nearly half of the holes are cart path only which makes mountain-style more challenging. They really need a ranger to move things along. It took an hour to play the first 3 holes and when we made the turn there were two other groups on the #10 tee box and another group was playing their second shot. The round in total took 4 hours and 50 minutes. VERY SLOW .

Overrated

This course is overrated. Yes, it’s scenic. Yes, it is challenging. Yes, the 12th hole is eye opening. But the course itself needs work. Greens are in bad shape. Way too much mud and grass maintenance is below average , especially for the cost. Just not worth it. Sorry to be so hard but I would not play this course again. Thanks
