Saddlebrook Resort - Pine/Oak

Great Golf course, sometimes layout was confusing and orientation was tricky, but otherwise it is a nice course!

Staff was awesome, pace was fantastic. The course scenery is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. Course conditions weren’t the best. Soggy fairways, slow choppy greens.

BRING EXTRA BALLS. Thin fairways, accuracy is absolutely paramount. If you’re newer/beginner… good luck. If you miss the fairways it’s either hitting water or in the woods. “Good” or playable shots at other courses are a death sentence here. No bar cart. Bathroom was locked midway through 9, had to wait till the turn.

Overall 3/5. We may come back when renovations are done, and when we both get our pro cards.

1st time playing this course and there were al least 5 temporary holes, the course was in ok shape as a lot of rain had fallen in the last few days. The course was supposed to be one of the good ones in the area, guess we had a bit of bad luck.

Save your money. Course under massive construction with 2 or 3 holes improvised on the front. Soggy fairways, terrible greens.

The course is still being renovated so gps apps won’t work and their scorecard is still off, but the tees, fairways, and greens are in great shape. Staff is excellent too!

I’m sure the course will be great when the renovation is done but needs some time.

Played the Brook 9 while the course is under repair. While the fairways can be tight and force you to put the driver away, I found the challenge unique and had to play draws, fades, and other shots to make the most of the 9. Greens are slow slow slowww. But makes it easy to chip close to the pin and have the ball stop.

A very good course. The course is under renovation going from 36 to 27 holes also moving the driving range and The Golf Academy. The front nine on the course this week was punched/aerated. Go play it!

This is a great course but it is under extensive renovation. There used to be three 18 hole courses here but much of the facility is closed, so you play nine on one course and nine on another. First nine had been recently aerated and the greens were very sandy. Impossible to putt with any consistency. Back nine was better but the speed of the greens on the front meant that putting was a mess on the back nine. I would recommend this course normally but don’t bother until the renovations are complete
