Cherry Island Golf Course

Super friendly staff, the carts were fast and clean, great conditions and just overall very fun course to play!

Put me out as part of a fivesome, which was horrible. Didn’t have my name at the starter after I checked in.

We got there early and waited for 30 minutes after our tee time but they never got to us. We finally got our money back and left.

The course upkeep was okay. Some rough patches that could use fixing. The biggest complaint was the random homeless people walking around the course. On top of that, there were homeless camps riddled throughout the out of bounds areas.

This use to be a very nice course but sadly you have homeless people taking bird baths in the course restrooms and you can see tents from the tee box’s.

hav been going tu CI since opening….love the cse…prolly close to 6 months ago decided not to come back for awhile…they cannot provide carts in a timely manner..thought 6 months would be long enough to fix the problem..apparently not…1 1/2 hour delay waiting for available carts…(I use the term golf cart loosely..a piece of crap..embarrassing for them..)..this time sadly it will be closer to a year til we go back..I book over 170 tee times a year for my guys..Cherry was in the rotation @ least once every 2-3 months….someone has mismanaged this problem ..get on it.!!

Pease do a little work on all the tee boxes. I am sure it is hard to revamp the boxes, but you really do need to have level boxes and grass on every tee box, and teeing area. Perhaps some tep tee boxes or some thing while you rehab the worst ones.

Course needs to work on the ball washers. Fix or replace the broken ones, replace dirty water, attach towels.
