Cherry Island Golf Course

Nice staff and the course played really nice, pace of play was good, everyone there out to have a good time! 2 thumbs up!

Pretty darn good shape. Challenging layout.

Staff friendly.

Over good experience.

Should be told that the greens were just sanded at the time you make tee time.

Why bother making a tee time when the starter is gonna let his buddies you were supposed to play with go early leaving you to play in a twosome following two foursomes.

I know it's been blazing hot the last two weeks but need to back off on the watering just a bit! Balls are plugging on the fairway and the rough is heavy and wet! Not ideal conditions !

Perfect weather with a little breeze and no smoke. Cut grass were somewhat bothersome for a good game otherwise but still had a lot of fun. Player assistant stopped by to ask me if we were having fun. Apparently those rowdy hooligans are now off the golf course. Thanks Cherry Island. Now we will return more often to play here.

Appeared that some improvements have been made. There are some cut grass not cleared on the fairways and the bunkers need more sand. The maintenance workers didn’t seem to care about us when we were about to hit the ball. All in all it was okay.

hope course trains marshals better than the one monitoring play in the afternoon. he sits close to my tee box on hole 15 and starts talking very loudly to the point that i stopped 4 times or more from teeing off. finally went up to him and had to ask him to keep his voice down. one of the worst unpolite marshals i've run into many of the courses maintenance workers no better and they stop their work thats close by to stop the noice. very unruly and poorly trained marshal. ruined that hole for me.

Cherry Island GC is always a challenge for my style of play. Some of the narrow fairways pose a problem for my natural fade. Overall, it was great!

course in great shape! Green rolling true, able to play in reasonable amount of time.

greens are very good! Was able to play in 2 hours andv45 minutes.

SO HOT IN THE AFTERNOON THAT THE PACE WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. JUST GREAT.
