Sweet Sugarloaf
As always the greens were in great shape and has consistent pace. Fairways and tees are also in good shape. Been playing here and the West Course for over 35 years and the trees have matured forcing you to shape your shot. Or in my case on 9 & 10 take my medicine and just punch out and make par the hard way. You hit me every club in the bag and the early morning dew keeps them clean. I’ll continue to come back

Very nice course, staff always friendly, nice course condition.
Great place for an evening round
Love this executive course....it has variety in its layout but is very manageable for higher handicappers. Rates are very reasonable especially after 3 pm. My friend and I felt like we were only sharing the course with the wildlife.

Course is in excellent condition and though this is a rather short executive course there are several challenging holes including two par threes of 200 yards.
Great value
We drove 2 hours to find a good value with temps lower than the triple digits we had in Sacramento. It was well worth the drive, The course arranged for me to have the handicap accessible cart I required to play, and had it out and waiting for me when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course is short, but challenging and the fairways and greens were in great shape despite the heat. The only shortfall was the limited choice of food and beverage, and the wait involved to actually get our food. We will definitely visit this beautiful course again.

It’s pretty, fun and well kept.
The only challenge are the prices at the drink cart.
Great value
This is a great course to play if you’re looking to play at a good pace with some nice views. Price and value is on par and it’s a nice experience.
Great time at Sugarloaf
Booked a 2:20 tee time in the morning for 25 bucks ....18 holes with a cart...very reasonable! My friend and I had the course virtually to ourselves and we were able to play at our own pace and still take time to enjoy the wonderful weather and conditions. All kinds of wildlife which was great to see.
I like this executive course especially when you are playing twilight hours as it has quite a bit of variety squeezed into a shorter course
