LPGA International - Hills Course

As one might expect of an LPGA headquarters venue, this place is stellar. It’s true that its availability to non-members may invite newer (and slower) players, but that’s hardly a real concern. This is a fun, playable, well-groomed course that I look forward to to playing again.

If it rains, I’d stay away from this course for a few days. The ground holds water and becomes very soft, almost like walking on mush. You’ll need to hit the ball clean without taking a divot, or it won’t travel far. On the bright side, the staff is super friendly, the amenities are great, and the food is amazing for the price. I’m sure this course would be a great play when it’s dry.

Was a decent course. Booked thinking it was better maintained. Maybe late in year but course condition was so so. LGPA international being the name it should be pristine. Range and practice facility was nice but they charged for balls while other courses the range is included.

Spending $200 for two to pay or play a round of golf is a bit on the expensive side, expected way better in the form of course conditions and amenities. Saw the cart girl twice in 18 holes and course groundskeepers lawnmower mowing during play on four out of 18 holes.

I know there has been a lot of rain but they could have moved the pin locations..The hole all beat up even though the greens were in great shape. looked like they haven't been moved in 2 weeks.

We had a great time playing this course. We did get a cart, but the course was cart path only, so I would check before going if you don't want to get a ton of steps in. The ground was saturated and very mushy, this is why it was cart path only. Would love to play this course again when the conditions are better

What once was a gem has been reduced to an average course....too much housing going up....course was recently cut but excess grass left on fairways made it tough to play... definitely not worth the money 80$

I love playing the hills. Great course and a little challenging. Greens were in good shape.

Was not told it was cart path only. Oh well, we figured it out with the tablet in the cart. Hadn’t rained in two days. But was so wet the tees were even muddy. The fairways were ridiculous wet. I felt like I was damaging the turf by even walking on it. I’m not wealthy. I splurged on vacation to play a nice course. It was terrible! Left with mud all over me and $100 gone. A little warning at the pro shop would have been nice.

Was very excited to play this course. Had done some research and saw what looked like a great course, booked my tee time and was so excited to play the next day. Today came, and I was extremely underwhelmed. Went to the club house and spoke to a very nice gentleman. However, I was failed to be told that the entire second 9 of the course was under fairway aeration. I was also failed to be told that there would be large clumps of sand on the greens. In my experience with golf there has always been a heads-up, if not a discount for aerated greens/fairways, and to not be told this at this high level of a course is ridiculous. Lastly, when warming up before my round I was greeted by another gentleman who demanded me to go tee off that instant, when I had 11 minutes until my scheduled tee time, which prevented me from being able to putt on greens I had never been on before.
