There’s no one checking who has a tee time anybody goes in and I don’t like that
6.5 hr round
Our Tee time was at 1:32 P.M., and we did not tee off till 2:10
Carts were unavailable so we waited for one but still extremely slow play. No Marshall to keep people on pace. I will never play this course again just terrible.
Worst pace of play in socal
Worst pace of play out of any LA county municipal courses. 7+ hours to play a round regardless of day off the week or time of day. 6 minutes between groups, multiple groups backed up on multiple holes with no marshals to regulate slow groups. Waste of $70+. Go to a bar
Excellent course
Great greens. Good overall conditions. Fun layout. Excellent value
Fun course, but too packed
Love playing this local course due to the cost and course layout. It’s fun and challenging, however after playing 6-7 rounds there, I’ve never had one round under 5 and 1/2 hours. Doesn’t matter if it’s weekend or weekday. They overbook and tee times are too close together. No Marshalls to be seen either.
Really slow pace of play
I think the biggest downside to the course is the piece of play sometimes rarely you can get lucky and you’ll get a 4 1/2 hour round outside of that you’re behind groups that shouldn’t be playing from the tips, dropping mulligans and taking their time with no Marshall in sight.
Dead Golf cart while playing
I played a round on Sunday 5/18 at 3:20 pm with a friend. The booking was through Golf Now, confirmation 405468208. The golf cart died on the 12th hole forcing us to walk to remaining round. This is poor maintenance and service with no one available to take our call for help while on the course. The pro shop told me that they were short staffed yesterday, however this is no excuse and I expect a refund for this unacceptable service. As of noon today, 5/19, some friends who are playing texted me that the cart is still out there. Please call me to get this figured out.
