About
Grand Ridge Golf Club is tucked away in the swamplands of St. Charles Parish, La. This scenic course is dappled with towering cypress trees and ancient oaks draped in moss. There are enough challenges on the golf course to keep the beautiful backdrop from being too distracting though. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes and the tight fairways are lined with trees. You'll need to have accurate drives in order to put you in a good position for the approach to the equally challenging greens. The golf course is a fair test that is player friendly enough to appeal to low and high handicappers alike. Grand Ridge Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 15th. This tough 515-yard hole starts off with a tee shot over a pond up a narrow, tree-lined fairway.

Decent round for late summer
Old school semi private country club. Overall has seen better days but still a decent round. Tee to green was is good condition. Greens were above average for the area. At $48 not such a great deal but better at $38.

Great but soggy
I love this course , but we have had a lot of rain lately .
I know that they have done a lot work on drainage but they still have a lot of work to do and they are doing it.
I will continue to play the course because when it is dry it is one the best course in the area

Very poor condition
Good morning. On the 13th of August, I teed off for 9:40. Not knowing how wet the course was, we played through 4 holes and asked for a rain check. The guy in the pro shop said he couldn’t because it was through golf now.
As much as I play there, it seems only fair and morally right to exercise your authority to help people instead of just a no. The money isn’t really the issue here.

Too wet
The course was absolutely too wet . I had to leave after playing a few holes do to inclement conditions. I think I’m due a refund. I

Nice parkland
Nice parkland course, in-between the houses of the estate, fortunately the housing is never too close to the course.
Greens are not too quick. The fairway has some bald spots, but it looks like they are working on it. Ground was dry and hard in one place, soggy in other places.

Ridge
The greens were the best greens I’ve played n the NOLA area. Very smooth & true roll. Great pace as well. The fairways r n horrible shape. There’s no way to play it as it lies because of the 100s of bare spots throughout the track. I would go back for the greens.

Great course and staff
This course has some of the best greens in southern louisiana. Tough course but manageable if you can get in the fairway lol. The staff, especially Stan is very friends. I recommend anyone to work with Stan on scheduling a tee time.

Course is in excellent shape. Fairway grass growing in very well. Greens are is excellent shape.
