Grand Ridge Golf Club is tucked away in the swamplands of St. Charles Parish, La. This scenic course is dappled with towering cypress trees and ancient oaks draped in moss. There are enough challenges on the golf course to keep the beautiful backdrop from being too distracting though. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes and the tight fairways are lined with trees. You'll need to have accurate drives in order to put you in a good position for the approach to the equally challenging greens. The golf course is a fair test that is player friendly enough to appeal to low and high handicappers alike. Grand Ridge Golf Club's signature hole is the par-5 15th. This tough 515-yard hole starts off with a tee shot over a pond up a narrow, tree-lined fairway.

Grand Ridge has improved tremendously! It is in the best shape it has been in years, new ownership has the course headed in the right direction!
Friendly Golf Challenge
Excellent for the price to challenge your ability to score birdies and pars..I'm betting you will not WIN all....love the challenge..Bring a friend as a witness...Have Happy with the challenges.
GREENS ARE EXCELLENT
Beside the construction that going on the course is EXCELLENT to play..Spend your money and enjoy yourself.. The green will challenge your reading ability if you attended class.

This course has improved over the past year under new ownership. Vast improvements for the better!! Love playing here!
Positive Progress
Good course and the greens are in great shape except for about three of them.
Don t have any complaints at all.
Always play good and score low at this course.
The fairways are pretty bad in a lot of places but you can find good spots to roll it to but I continue to see them working on the course each time come and I see the progress.
Disappointed
I regularly use golf now and am typically pleased with the courses I play. Today that was not the case. This course was in poor condition and much easier than represented on the website. Slope listed as 140 but actually 122. Overall very misrepresented on website.

Hidden gem
The lay out and the greens were as nice, or better than any course I’ve played in the lower Louisiana area. I was very impressed with the condition of the course, especially with the heat and dry weather conditions. The young man that took the course over has done an outstanding job. They are working on the signature hole 15, but everything else was in fantastic shape. Only thing was at the last few holes the guy on the mower was running it while we were shooting and felt like he kept following us along. Besides that, it was a great experience, and I can’t wait to play it again. Be on your game, because play is fast.

Tell construction workers to stop ride between swing n putting...beside that a wonderful and enjoyable day of golf.
Overall god for the price
Fairways in great shape for the most part. Couple of the greens had bad spots but mostly rolled really well. Most the greens are small and raised, making for some difficult shots
