Kiskiack Golf Club

Love this course. Had not been back since COVID. As good as we remembered. Played many times and will keep coming back whenever we are in the area.

I’ve played this course a couple of times, even though it’s in the fall it’s still in great condition and well managed. The leaves are kept off of the course and the concessions had everything you’d need.

Greens and fairways were in great shape. Pace was a little slow, but it was Saturday, so somewhat expected. Overall a great experience!

Excellent layout, interesting and efficient design with fun holes. Bent greens are wonderful and in good condition. Bunkers need attention and not well maintained but acceptable. Fairways are in good condition. Tees need improving, too worn and used, need repair. Maintenance crews not seen on the course on this day.

Lack of amenities including lack of drinking water on the course which should be bottled water in today's world. Bar service after the round is marginal and closes early, around 4.15 PM on this excellent day of weather (there remained many on the course at this time). Food and drink offerings are minimal but acceptable, improvements needed. Practice range is a good one and excellent teaching pro on hand.

The course was wet ,but, the fairways were in good condition. My wife lost three balls in the sand traps because many traps had water pools that made impossible to see a ball. Besides that , we had an enjoyable round and are planning to return later this week.

I played with a member and.a guest — 3 singles. Great condition all around!

First time players from Toronto. This one reminded me and my playing partner of the courses we play near our Toronto Ontario residence. Played Blue tee deck and me as a 9 and my friend as a 7 Handicap enjoyed the day. Rainfall the days prior left the bunkers full of water and hard but nothing the course could do about that. Really enjoyed the 18. Good value!!

Several of the greens are elevated and have a lot of front back left or right and movement in all locations. Make sure you play the right tees since the greens are also elevated in many cases and definitely play enough club to get up the hill to those elevated greens or you’ll have tough chips to short pins.

There was no beverage cart on a weekend afternoon with hot weather. For a course that used to be LPGA quality, we were expecting something more.

Greens were smooth, fast and hard. Pin placements were pro Sunday. Bunkers were raked but not much depth of sand in them. Pace of play was a bit slow, no rangers. Almost 5 hrs. Practice area in great shape though $12 for a large bucket is a bit steep. Recent aeration did not seem to soften greens and they were a challenge being hard at that speed. Great condition and fun. Kiskiack is a great fair course that is well kept and well worth playing. We did not have time to stop in to the bar but it is well worth it for the bartender and food.

As a twosome with 4somes everywhere should a been paired up...just the way it is. Didn't pair us up and single behind us who had 2 some join him on first tee..

Sorry this gets my goat.

The course was in great shape. The greens were rolling very well. I always enjoy the layout. The staff is great as well. One thing though before playing, find out if they are spiking the greens in the early fall. I've been caught a couple of times.

Great day at Kiskiak earlier this week! While many courses are burnt out and take 5+ hours to play, Kiskiak continues to impress. Go now, if you can because there is no better layout, pace of play or value in the Williamsburg area and I have played them all over the last few months.

Course in beautiful shape ! As good as I have ever seen it. Greens pristine .Layout always interesting but not oppressive. We had a great time.
