Kiskiack Golf Club

Loved the course , it was challenging and the greens were a little difficult but I would play here with friends any day of the week. Well worth the price.

The course had a few inches of rain 2 days prior and the course drained well but was still CPO considering the undulations throughout. It affected the pace of play but the course was in fantastic shape tee to green. The greens were the absolute best I have seen them - soft, fast, and true. Overall, our group enjoyed our Sunday afternoon. Great job Kiskiack!

It wasn't even a weekend but it felt like it.... Unbelievably slow!! Sadly, this is becoming the norm for Kiskiak!!

We love playing Kiskiack when we come to town. Great layout, excellent shape- greens were perfect-and nice staff too. Grass driving range is also a big plus.

Good test and i failed on several holes . I will play again

Let's start with the greens, fast smooth, hard and challenging. Golfers are still not fixing their ballmarks which is too bad. Bunkers are in awful shape, no rakes in bunkers or on carts. Time for rakes to come back. No beverage cart nor any water on the course. Many other courses have water on course and rakes by the bunkers. Time to get back to normal. Course overall was in good shape. A few bare areas and surprisingly a few wet areas. Fairways were nice, practice area was great. Greens were the fastest I have seen there in years. Well worth playing.

After playing this tough course I got reminded that some courses are much better tests than others. All holes all shots got to be hit right. I got paired with three others and course people were good and my three golf mates kind and fun y to o be with.

We have played Kiskiack every year on a golf getaway. We are never dissatisfied. Being a veteran & getting a good deal on military tee times is much appreciated. Staff is helpful & friendly. However Pace of Play could have been better. It was cart path only & the course moved along with the exception of adding in a twosome & not requiring them to play as a 4some. 2 twosomes playing behind one another doesn’t make sense on a busy day. Just my thoughts.

My group drove the 50 miles to play kiskiack on a day the weathermen forecasted 77* and no rain. We had heavy mist and some rain for the first 6 holes but cleared up to even sunny skies on back nine. The course was very wet and played cart path only but the conditions were excellent. The greens were lightning fast and with the slopes, putting was extremely difficult (at least for me). Had 14 birdie putts and 3 whacked 7 times while making 3. Greens rolled true but FAST. Fairways are in great shape also. Only downside was the traps that needed raking. Seems the people in the traps didn’t use the rakes carried on the carts. So footprints were abundant. Lazy golfers must think someone else will rake the traps for THEM.

Overall I give them 5 stars !! Will come back soon -hopefully when it’s dry!

This was a fun course. The course had a nice layout and seemed to be well maintained. The greens were starting to show wear from a full season, but very true and moderately fast. We had some brief rain showers, but the carts were equipped with covers for our clubs.

I very much enjoyed the challenge that the course presented...many uneven lies and undulating greens. The course layout is beautiful and interesting with a different challenge on every hole. The tees, fairways, and greens were all in great condition. I would definitely recommend this as a must play course in the Williamsburg area.
