About
Nestled within Fountain Hills, the course at the Desert Canyon Golf Club offers a championship course with a variety of elevation changes with views canyon and mountain views. It is a desert-style course with some elevated tees and open fairways that play tight with a few doglegs. Water bunkers come into play on a few holes as well as numerous well-positioned sand bunkers. From nearly every hole on the golf course, views of the signature fountain in Fountain Hills, which is the world's tallest fountain at 550 feet, can be seen.

Nice Course and Scenic
The course was in great shape and very playable. As a bonus, the scenery is excellent. I enjoyed playing there and will be back!
Fun course.
Course was in great shape. Greens were very fast. A shorter track but the elevation change makes it challenging. Staff was good. Great 19th hole.
Great experience
Fast and sloping greens protect par on this course with wide fairways. Course is in great shape and fun to play.
Beautifully scenic course
The view of the mountains and surrounding area is breath taking. The course itself is aesthetically designed and just visually impressive. The only dowsides are the greens are hard and slanted making it hard to hold a drive as the ball just keeps rolling till it is off the green and at times impossible to stop the roll of putts. Still it is a challenging course and I'd recomment it, if you are willing to pay the price.
Excellent Shape
This course was in excellent shape compared to a lot of courses that were not maintained very well over the winter.
Desert Canyon
neighborhood course, interesting architecture surrounding it. Outside staff prompt, helpful, cheerful.
Greens fairly slow, but stay below the holes!! Lots of slope and elevation changes on the course. Hole 3 is 90 degree dogleg for 300 yd. Par 3 hole 16 notable for extreme drop tee to green.
I recommend this course to anyone. Greens in great shape. The only thing is they need a little more sand in their traps. Beautiful views.

Great course, beautifully laid out!
Course was in excellent condition, staff friendly and California Club sandwich was excellent! Highly recommend especially after reading the poor reviews of other Phoenix area courses.
