About
Nestled within Fountain Hills, the course at the Desert Canyon Golf Club offers a championship course with a variety of elevation changes with views canyon and mountain views. It is a desert-style course with some elevated tees and open fairways that play tight with a few doglegs. Water bunkers come into play on a few holes as well as numerous well-positioned sand bunkers. From nearly every hole on the golf course, views of the signature fountain in Fountain Hills, which is the world's tallest fountain at 550 feet, can be seen.

DC AT ITS BEST
Course is in exceptional condition, from tee to green. Greens were fast, but fair, though pin placement was very demanding today. Even had sand in sand traps (fortunately only had to play out of one). Pace of play was good for a foursome (finished in a little over 4 hours). Views, as always, were wonderful.

Short but challenging course with beautiful views. Staff was very, very nice and helpful. Would definitely return to play again!
Great conditions!
I played up here on Sunday and it was a treat! The conditions up here are the best I have ever seen! Greens are rolling absolutely perfect. The recently renovated clubhouse area has a great outdoor sitting area that is perfect to relax and enjoy the weather while you eat. I would go check this out!
Desert Canyon has never been better
Was 1st off so pace was beyond great. The course is tricky for those not used to playing the ups and downs of mountain golf. The greens were quick but fair and this is a course you have to be extremely careful with the putts. The 2-4 foot putts are challenging to say the least. I have played this course a number of times and it has never been in better shape. Enjoy!
Beautiful shape and great views
Excellent condition and enjoyed the round with new friends. Fast play the front 9 and alittle wait the back, but still finished in 4 hours. Great staff. Expensive for me, but found on Golf now for a good rate and would play again . Fast Greens with some work, Elevated Greens.

Fairways were OK. Greens we’re really fast. The desert area could use sprucing up. The views were awesome.
Great Course!
I will admit, this course was a pleasant surprise! Tucked back into a neighborhood, the course offered incredible views and the play was on-point.
Having golfed a fair amount (but still pretty terrible), I found the staff here to be top-notch. They were respectful, courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking with several staff as we waited our tee-time.
I'll summarize this course as such: A phenomenal course with excellent staff that can be played decently by most golfers. If you are looking for a course with great views, unique layout and friendly staff, look no further.
