The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course
About
Located in the west valley, The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course (formerly known as the Legend at Arrowhead Golf Club) is an Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed golf course with a traditional layout. The challenging course has six lakes creating water hazards on many of the holes and several doglegs. The difficult to read greens are undulating and in excellent condition. Each hole, except for one, has bunkering on the fairways or protecting the greens. The Clubs at Arrowhead - Legend Course's signature hole is the par-4, 426-yard fifth hole. It calls for a shot off an elevated tee with water running along the right side of the fairway as well as next to the green.

Greens were rolling slow, had many dead spots on the green. Fairways were lush and green, views were excellent. Great course.
Kind of Bummed
I have played this course since it opened in the 80s. My understanding there is an effort become a private facility. The tees and fairways are pretty good, the layout is one of the best in the valley. The down side are the greens….they are half mud and dirt. Not sure what happening, but this has get under control or no more membership. For now, stay away.
Better than a year ago
The course is in decent shape for the beginning of summer however most of the greens are patchy with little to no grass in some areas. The pace of play was fantastic teeing off in the afternoon and finishing 18 in about 2:45. The price was good as well. If the greens were in better condition this would easily be a 5 star rating
Greens are ROUGH
Played here a few times and this has by far been the worst. Tons of mud and water pooled up, greens were awful with tons of weeds surrounding them. Tee boxes weren't great (mounds) and for 85 bucks it was a poor value. For a course that's semi-private it was disappointing.
Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We sincerely apologize that your visit did not meet your expectations.
We understand your frustration with the course conditions, including the mud, water pooling, greens, and tee boxes. Maintaining the quality of our course is a top priority, and we are currently addressing these issues to ensure they are resolved promptly. We are currently transitioning from our Winter Rye/ Poa grass to Summer Bermuda. We expect a full recovery by July.
Your feedback regarding the value for the price is also taken seriously. We strive to offer an excellent experience for all our guests and will use your comments to make necessary improvements.
We genuinely appreciate your patronage and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future. If you have any further feedback or specific concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us improve.

Great course / Summer Greens
Nice and friendly pro shop - as usual.
Tee boxes and fairways are in great shape. Greens are mostly muddy/patchy but we are getting to summer.
Would play again.
Summer conditions
Played in the afternoon. Course was pretty open. Typical summer conditions, some brown spots but not too bad. Greens were very rough, grass was spotty
Greens
Greens are currently in poor shape. Need some work ready for summer.
Been here quite a few times and the conditions are getting worse each time. The greens are half dirt. The fairways are so/so. Course should be half the price they are charging.
Still terrible value for the price.
Tried this course again thinking they had made improvements and not even a little bit. Hard to believe they were charging more than $130 just a couple weeks ago and people were playing it. The browns, I mean greens, are rock hard. Fairways are average at best and anything not on the fairway is in dirt or concrete laid under sparce, unkept grass. $60 AT MOST is a reasonable price for here.
Conditions are questionable
Greens are rock hard, to have a chance you need to hit in front of the green. Patches of grass on the green makes it challenging to get your weight down on the greens.

Thank you for your feedback and the information provided. We acknowledge that we are currently in a transition phase. Unlike other courses, we initiated our transition much earlier, starting on March 26th, to prepare for the state open qualifier in early July. While this may seem inconvenient now, it will ultimately result in a superior playing surface from July to September.
This early transition will also establish a stronger foundation for our overseeding and facilitate a quicker recovery in subsequent transitions. We anticipate a full recovery by the end of June.
Your feedback is invaluable to us and motivates us to improve continually. We greatly appreciate your loyalty to The Legend at Arrowhead.
Sincerely,
Andy Rauscher
