Disappointed
Parking lot was full but everyone opted to play the Lakes course for the price difference. I will not be back.
Loved it Anyway
With overseeding done, there was some aeration on the tee boxes and grass clippings on the fairways still being picked up we still enjoyed the round. For those few issues we had a great day and we know it will just be getting better.
Great course
Really enjoyed course. Just came of overseesing so the greens were fuzzy. Would play again.
Excellent
First time playing the course and I really enjoyed it. Layout is great with a lot of wow holes. Fairways are very generous. Greens were very slow after coming out of overseed. Fun course to play, highly recommend it.
The Palms
This course lay out is confusing tees to greens. There are several tunnels to drive through. Even my GPS had us on the back nine when we had just started the front nine. There's way too much open dirt areas that I feel should've been reduced with adding irrigation and grass seed. The greens are small. The course was about two days from closure for over-seeding. That meant that tee boxes and fairways were shaved down in preparation for the rye-grass seed. I might check it out after the over-seeding and new grass growth.
Rough Summer
Slowest greens that I have ever played in AZ Played Labor day and I don't think they were cut all weekend
Nice course that must have struggled with the Summer conditions. Greens very distressed and disappointing
used ALL of My Dashboard Rewards to try something different for the Holiday with my son. Should have stuck with the known commodities that I regularly play.
very slow greens thick rough grass everywhere
it has been awhile since I played this course and i don't remember it being in such bad shape. The greens were extremely slow you couldn't hit the ball hard enough with your putter, and very inconsistent. There was grass everywhere like they are purposely waiting to cut anything down. The fairways were also very thick and slow. Never called us up to the tee so were were sure when to tee off, the course was empty several singles and twosomes. From the distance it looks like this course is in trouble.

The course in great shape. Greens were a little slow but over great price to play.

Very good experience overall. Love the layout of the holes, great mix of long & short par 4's. Greens were slow...aeration coming?

played this course 7/19 11am--I have played here many times over the last few years.
very sad to see it in such terrible condition. both the fairways and greens were in
disgusting shape. huge areas on the greens that should have been marked as ground under repair, looked like the staff had driven their carts on them. very sad
Pretty Good
Some brown/rough grass in the fairways but not too bad considering the time of year. Greens in good shape. Cart lady basically non-existent. Load up your cart before you head out. Been that way the last 4 rounds there
