Well organized
The course and staff were well organized, friendly and helpful. I was playing as a single I was allowed to go early and there were no hold ups or waiting.
Course conditions were great and other than some goose droppings here and there the greens rolled well and were in fairly good shape.
Price point is good and they offer an Arcis discount when you purchase a card which I did.
Overall a great experience and I expect to play more golf on this course.
full disclosure-used arcis card free round-west course was wide open post overseed with 90 degree cart rule which i believe everyone should follow all the time regardless. peculiar thing is i had to play lift-clean & place a lot despite there being no rain since...greens were a little fuzzy and bumpy, but again, for this time of the year, i was just happy to be here. north course was cart path only. as i booked this on golfnow, i wish they and/or the course(all courses) would let it be known when cart path only is the rule. in any event, the course and management is fairly consistent and is professionally run trying to keep the pace of play moving as that can be one of the biggest downers to the game for everyone. all in all, palm valley is one of my "go to default" courses that i can most times rely on a decent round, decent pace of play with decent conditions.

Decent layout, decent value for money
Played after overseeding, but carts were allowed on the fairways for 9 of the holes. Course was not in fantastic condition but understandable given recent overseeding. Layout is decent enough, would like to come back when it’s in prime condition, as I think the course would be fun to play then. Greens were in decent shape and generally ran true. Got a good rate on Golf now, so good value for money.

Nice open Track
Always enjoyed Palm Valley, however overseed season and the South was dried out getting ready to be seeded and closed whereas West had just been reopened, South brown and fast, West green and slow.

2nd time playing course
The course was in good condition even with the course soon to set seeded for the winter. Enjoyed the course setting, some holes were challenging, some of the greens were slow but understandable with course about to be reseeded.

Green's are fuzzy, tee boxes are not cut but the price was right
You really had to hit your putt's realllly firm to get them there! An inexpensive course. We played in 3 1/2 hours (after skipping a hole and a very slow foursome).

Not worth the money
While I like the layout of the course, the conditions were horrible. South 9 was overgrown and the first three greens were shaggy. West 9 looked like the overseed was happening tomorrow and was completely dried out. You can find much better courses in the area for what they were charging.

Rough long and greens fluffy
As stated BUT it is that time of year and it was not too bad had the greens been smoother it would have been nice but this time of year it is expected the price should be a little lower with the above but ok

Nothing special
Mats on the driving range. Extremely slow greens. For $40, course is worth playing. Has a decent layout.

Great deal and conditions
Teed off at 11a sure it was blazing hot but I’m used to that. Had the course to myself one other single behind me. Great conditions for summer, fairways were green and plush and greens were true actually a touch slow. Only minor complaint was the maintenance workers not stopping their work, especially around the greens, went you hit an approach. Know they got a job to do but maybe stop for a second while we hit.
