Average Wide Open Course
The conditions of the North 9 were not good…bare spots throughout fairways and on the greens. Conditions on the South 9 were much better but still had areas of bare spots in the fairways…but at least the greens were better.

Fun day at Palm Valley
We hit off mats on the range. Nice practice putting green. Course was well maintained. Greens rolled at average speed and true. Very friendly staff. Good appetizers, sandwiches and cold beer in the restaurant.

Very solid
Clubhouse was nice, staff was super friendly and so were the other golfers. Offered our twosome to play through without asking. Free range balls and range with mats, large warm up area with a big sand trap and putting green to practice on. Course layout was enjoyable and interesting with water, bunkers and hills that come into play, played North/West. Grass was average for this time of year and with how dry it’s been. Average speed on greens and they were consistent. Excited to play again, great value.

Started in the wind but finished in bautiful calm sunny weather.
When we first started out it was so windy we were thought we were crazy to still play. Pace was a bit slow but being a threesome we played within fours hours anyway. Course facilities are excellent with range balls provided, a sand bunker and oitching area as well as a very large green to practice on. Super friendly staff! The wind died down on the back nine and we really enjoyed playing this course. Greens are perfect. There was only one pin placement where the staff must have been in a bad mood and placed it straight on an upslope! When you missed it would roll about ten feet backwards, no matter how close you got to the hole. A beautiful place that we will come back to.

Great AZ course
This is a nice course. There seems to be a hood amount of golfers on the course, but the pace is great. Pre round driving range is nice too

Horrible Marshall!
I came down from Texas for the holidays to see my family, upon arrival it was business as usual we paid and we warmed up. The pro shop called are name and we headed to the 1st tee. The Marshall said we didn’t pay and insisted we go back to the pro shop. We explained we did pay and he asked for a receipt. The pro shop didn’t give us a copy so I decided to pull my statement on my phone to show the Marshall I was charged. He started to point and every one of us and explain that we can’t take advantage and we must pay. I have dealt with some difficult people on the golf course but the embarrassment on the first tee ruined our round. He held us up for about 15 mins and two groups were in back of us as we started the 1st tee. The entire round we were playing catch up. The Marshall was so rude, I even had my 15 year old foreign exchange student from Spain with me and he was pointing at him and got extremely loud when he could speak in English right away. It was so bad I had to raise my voice and asked him to calm down. He then told me we need to respect the golf course and gave us the rules of the course like I had never played before and treated to kick us out if we had “another mess up”. Overall the course was great, but I’ll never go back. I’ll never recommend this course to anyone. I told the pro shop no one made it right. There are plenty of other golf courses on the westside. Embarrassing to have employment handle situations like that.

Soggy EVERYWHERE
Played here many times and love the track. But what the heck? Entire course was soggy. The dead looking grass ends up being muddy chunk shots if you don’t hit only ball. Drives plug in the fairway? I don’t know when I’ll be back…

Course in tough conditions.
Fairways are in rough condition. Not really worth the price. I played Coldwater recently and the conditions were better than this.
