Wigwam Resort - Blue Course
About
The Wigwam Resort possesses three 18-hole courses, the Blue Course, the Red Course, and the Gold Course. All three courses were built on a rolling terrain with mature creeks sprinkled throughout and meandering creeks running through, which can all affect shots. The Blue Course is the shortest of the three courses but Blue plays long due to the elevated greens. The creeks create water hazards that come into play on several holes and there are also many strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the course as well. The Wigwam Resort facility has various practice facilities including a chipping area and putting green.

Good value
Nice course. Generous room off the tees and not very long. Small, undulations,, and elevated greens are where the challenges are with this course. This with extremely tight and dry conditions made it very difficult to score. I would imagine it plays better in the winter months as it was getting very baked out with the may hot temps.
Disappointing Condition
I absolutely love all three of the Wigwam courses. It’s my favorite place to play in the summer because the price is solid and the course is normally in PHENOMENAL condition. I’ve played all three courses a collective dozen or so times, and every time it was beautiful and green all over the place. Thick rough, perfect fairways, and true greens. Unfortunately today was very lousy. Most of the fairways were dead or dying. Tee boxes were not in great shape. Greens were pretty patchy. I still love these courses, but this was honestly the worse shape I’ve ever seen Wigwam in, and I’ve played there in every season of the year. I was about to buy the Six Summer Pass at Wigwam, but after seeing its condition right now, I probably won’t. I hope they get it back into its previous condition soon!
Disappointed
Was expecting the course to be in much better shape. The round took 4 and one half hours and the condition of the course was terrible. I won’t ever play here again or recommend it to anyone. The best thing they could do is plow this dung heap under and put up more condos.
Not Impressed
Not usually much of a review writer but today’s round was very slow, players were packed on the course...about 3 groups per hole. The course needs water on every fairway. Sad shape. There was no marshal and players were wandering back and forth, visiting with people not in their group and then moving on again, only to show back up and play again. There was a cart of 4 people without clubs just driving around looking at the course. The lay out is a crisscross situation on the last few holes and confusing. Won’t play this course again.
Nice day
The course is in good condition, but a lot bear spots near the green.
Very good layout, excellent condition
My first time playing the Blue Course, mature course fairways and greens are excellent.
Never found one ( ! ) but bunkers were nicely raked too.
Great staff, friendly too.
Play Gold or Red
We have played all 3 courses and the Blue course has not been in good condition anytime we have played it
Needs watering
We've played this course in February and it was in good condition. Played two weeks ago and it was fine. Today it was all burned out. Many bare areas on the fairway! Greens were ok. Tee time at 11 a.m., on third hole beverage cart came around, no bottled water and no ice!
VERY slow greens!
The course is nice and the pace of play is good but the greens while the looked nice were incredibly slow probably the slowest I’ve ever played and I’m from Alaska where we have notoriously slow greens. I could not hit the ball hard enough to get it to the hole. The greens will cost an easy 5 - 10 strokes.
Not in the best of shape
Played Wigwam GC - Blue/Patriot today for the first time. Tees and fairways needed some TLC. Greens were very slow. Sand traps appeared to be well filled (fortunately I missed them all today). Pace was good but slowed by the 16th hole. Wind was impossibly forceful, with gusts approaching 40mph (not a factor to my ratings), adding to the day’s challenges. Hopefully the summer months with rain will help to improve this course.
Course is in good condition except for..
Greens being slow and bumpy. May have caused score to go up a bit.
Horribly slow greens!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The greens were horrible on their speed toooooooooooooooo slow and some pin placements were on slopes just not what I payed for will not play again
