About
The Red Course (formerly known as Heritage Course) at the Wigwam Resort, which has received acclaim from Golf Magazine, is one of three 18-hole courses at the resort. Built on rolling terrain, the course features elevation changes that can affect shots. Mature trees are also scattered throughout to add beauty and another challenging element. Winding creeks form water hazards that come into play on a few holes. The Red Course is popular among locals familiar with the Wigwam Resort because it is considered to have the three best finishing holes in the area. Although walking is allowed on the other two courses, carts are required on the Red Course.

Love the Red
This is easily my favorite of the three Wigwam courses. Everything was great until we hit a wall at #15. I'm not sure how or why we were three to four groups deep. My partner thinks a threesome skipped ahead a few holes... Greens were fast, the course was in good condition and I hit a lot of trees.
A spiritual journey
If you want to actually see if you play this sport, nay this spiritual crucible - golf - this is the course that turns boys to men, men to champions.
Until I master this course I won’t play anywhere else.
Trying new courses
First time at Wigwam. Finding the clubhouse a little confusing. Really nice course. Some amazing houses line the course. Got a great deal through Golf Now. Single golfer and was teamed up with 3 really super guys. Had a great time.
Wigwam Golf Muy Bueno
Been coming to the Wigwam for over 40 years and have always enjoyed playing all three of their courses. Through the eighties and nineties, playing on these golf courses was a very helpful to my golf experience. I then learned just what golf course upkeep and off course amenities to look for when making tee times any where we play in this great country. Thank you for the memories.
