About
Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Las Sendas Golf Club's course, opened in 1995 and among the toughest U.S. courses. Two Zagat surveys have ranked it among the top 50 U.S. golf courses.
Las Sendas Golf Club offers a desert course demanding top play as it takes golfers through the Usery Mountains, with a vista of Phoenix as the tradeoff for managing rough land close to 1,800 feet above the desert. Jones didn't create a course with whimsical decorations like railroad ties, and he didn't build targets. The golf course is for those who strategize, mapping the way from tee to green.
After a round at Las Sendas Golf Club, head to Las Sendas Grille, for the full bar, including wines from California, Australia and Europe, as well as four tap beers and domestic and imported bottles.

Fine course
Played later in the afternoon when fees were lower beautiful course with a terrific layout and plenty of wildlife. Homes are beautiful and this course will be among my favorites. This is not your run of the mill golf course. It is difficult, but with five tee boxes one can choose the length that fits their ability. Five stars.

Las Sendas - Great course
Found Las Sendas to be a really nice course. Fairways were like velvet. Greens very good condition. Some tee boxes needed work but overall very good. Some reviews I read before playing suggested it was very tight and challenging. I did not find it was tight. The first and last holes require precision off the tee, but I found most of the other fairways very wide and generous. Nice layout at the bottom of the mountain. Great scenic course. One we will play again.

Back Nine & Breakfast = 5
My son, daughter-in-law, husband and I had a beautiful morning at Las Sendas. We played the back nine which was GORGEOUS! The breakfast was delicious. This is our second time there for this event and we will definitely be back!

Great course, bad service
Paid $300 for a round and this beautiful course.
Let’s get to the “service.” No one to take bags from vehicle to cart. No cart GPS. They ‘ran out of’ cups at the snack bar to the rear of pro-shop. Snack shack didn’t have any currency for change from purchased $9.00 hotdog. Then the young man washing clubs at the 18th hole had the worst demeanor (his dad must be making him work there) of any recent employees I’ve met. Then the coup de grace, my buddy left a club on the back nine. When it was reported to the pro-shop, they asked, was it a good club because if it was, it’ll probably be sold on eBay.
I think they made it pretty clear, this place isn’t for the general public, they want their members only.

We did the back nine and breakfast special. Course was fantastic as usual and breakfast is great. Too bad it's so expensive as I would love to play there more often.

I love this course. The "rules" could be relaxed.
We have loved this course in the past and still do. I totally understand a single being paired with mysefl, my wife and my Mom. What I do not understand is why the starter insisted on one of us riding with the single instead of us having three carts. The guy smoked and we probably will not return due to the inflexibility at Las Sendas.
Thank you for keeping the course in such great shape. You might consider being a little more flexible with the cart issue.
