Longbow Golf Club
About
The Longbow Golf Club offers 18 holes of par-71 golf that measures 7,050 yards from the Black tees.
A round of golf at the Longbow Golf Club kicks off on the par-4 first hole, which measures 451 yards from the tips. The back nine kicks off on the monstrous 10th hole, a par 5 that comes in at 626 yards from the tips. The round of golf ends up a bit easier, with only 474 yards separating the tips tee from the hole, a distance that the golf club recommends golfers clear in four strokes.
Longbow Golf Club offers SoloRider golf carts, allowing golfers with disabilities the chance to get around the golf course, as the carts are able to drive right on the greens without causing any damage.

Awesome
It was hot!!! Course was a little dry. Maybe because it was 110. Ball rolled forever though. My advice, play to the bunkers and you'll be able to get out of trouble, if you don't land in the fairway. really made me strategize more. Can't wait to go back. Staff was righteous.
Great bang for your buck
One of the best deals in the Valley ($50) during the summer when many similar courses still want $75+. Lots of roll in the fairway (for us low ball drivers), thin/crisp lies, and above average speed greens that roll well. Bunkers a little thin but still playable.
Longbow always a pleasure.
Always a challenge and a great course to play. Pace of play was about 3.5 hours with a 4 some, so fantastic. Course is in great shape and looking forward to play again real soon.
Awesome course!
Moved to Mesa in November, and have played many courses. Longbow is a few minutes from our home but prices were a bit high through winter. Finally treated myself to the course many raved about yesterday. By far Longbow is my favorite course. Las Sendas was very nice also but Longbow is what I like best. Lost several shots being my 1st time playing that course. Great experience, super challenging and fun.
Always great
Course normally in good shape and good summer rate value. Excellent layout and appropriate challenge for any skill level.
But, stay out of bunkers as they are crusty, lumpy, course sand / dirt. With the amount of play and tournament hosting they could do better!
Longbow
Course was very dry. Could use a little more water. Not very crowded but the group in front of us was extremely slow but the marshal Never told them to pick it up
Course in great shape
AJGA event was happening therefore hybrid tees only. That was the only bummer. Fairways, greens, tees immaculate. Greens rolled, and fast. I paid 90 bucks on a weekend and thought that was a bit pricey for this time of year.
Greens are pure
Probably due to AJGA event the day we played, the course was in excellent condition. Greens freshly rolled and mowed. Green fees a bit steep for this time of the year but overall course in great shape
Good track
Overall , course plays well . Greens were quick but not crazy . Course could use some water on fairways and greens . Some bunkers ( esp on the par 3 7th) had very little sand and were hard . Made it difficult to get out of steep faced bunkers . Played in under 4 hours but could have been quicker if the Marshall had pushed ppl along more . I will be back , price was good and staff were friendly .
Great course, nice staff, but overpriced.
The course plays beautifully. The greens were hard, but rolled nicely. We were a five-some for the front nine due to a booking mistake. The drunken college aged foursome in front of us held us to a three hour front nine. We told the staff at the turn around 3pm, but the Marshall had left for the day. A staff member went to talk to the group but the beverage cart girl arrived after that talk. We sat on the 10th tee for 30 minutes. When we got to the 11th tee, we told them we were playing through. It was a beautiful round after that.
One of my favorite courses
I love this course. The staff is great, the practice facilities are top notch and the course is always in great shape. The layout is challenging but rewards good shots. I will always be back.
