bunkers are sh!+ on this course! greens really slow.

Great, just extremely slow pace of play. Not sure if too tight if tee times or just 1 group holding everyone else up.

Has a tee choice for every skill level. Very challenging, and very diversified. Greens are quick, and plenty of undulations. A must play course in the north Phoenix area. Best condition overall I've ever seen at this course.

Let me start off with at least saying the course was in beautiful conditions. The greens were super nice and no dead spots or dry brown grass. Very impressed with the conditions especially with the crazy Arizona heat the last few weeks. What I am upset about is that from the 11th hole all the way till I finished the 18th, the sprinklers were on on every green. I was chipping in to the water sprinklers and waiting for the sprinklers to turn in the other direction to hurry up and get to my ball and hit my putt. The Marshall needs to be aware of that and see who is still out on the course. That way they can have maintenance delay the irrigation. I kept calling the pro shop, and nobody would answer. It’s a bit frustrating to come out and pay to not even be able to enjoy the full course.

The golf course is in very good condition for Arizona summer heat conditions. Pace is great, greens, fairways and tee boxes all very nice for the summer. Sand traps were pretty good overall, raked, all makes for an enjoyable round at a very fair price.

$52 and worth every penny. Greens are fully recovered! GO PLAY!

Great rate for a fun course, greens were punched recently but you are made aware of that prior to the round. The members here are inconsiderate, twosome wouldn’t let a single through despite being on the same hole from 4-9. Joined the single on 5 and jumped pass on 10. Would play here much more often if not for the members, tough to play in the summer even without being held up by people dinking it down the course.

The course was windy and coming off having been recently punched. Fairways were mowed tight and it was somewhat like playing off a mat. Greens were in good shape and fast. The course is challenging at different holes and a few do not suit my line, but it is a worthy course to play.

tee boxes, fairways and greens in above average condition for this time of year. Staff was very friendly. challenging course that penalizes wayward shots. "Lots" of bunkers and this is where the course lost a star, the sand was so hard, please rake or add additional as there was about an inch of playable sand before you hit very compact and hard under layer.

Course is in good condition post transition. Only comment was pace of play was slow due to a couple of groups. Could've used a nudge from a ranger.
