Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia
About
Now you can play in Peoria. Book a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, which Golf Digest magazine gave five stars out of five, an honor only a couple dozen North American golf courses share - no other in Arizona. Courses with the distinction include Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, TPC Sawgrass and Spyglass Hill. Five stars mean, according to the magazine, "Superb. Golf at its absolute best. Pay any price to play at least once in your life."
Gary Panks designed Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia to enhance the existing environment, and to make the course dramatic and playable. It's a round that should be on the list for a golf trip to Arizona. The par-72 course measures 7,291 yards from the Tournament tees.
After a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia head to the Verde Grill for foods both familiar and inventive.

Plan for busy day
Fairways starting to burn out a bit (expected this time of year). Greens still rolling quick and true.
However…it’s a “holiday” (Father’s Day) and the temp was going to be under 100. Just how do you NOT plan for increased traffic and run out of carts by 9:15??? We didn’t get to play with the rest of our group - they had a cart and we didn’t. Waited about 40 mins for a cart and teed off about 15 mins late.
Above average
The course is generally in good shape. There are plenty of challenges and yet it fair. Good variety on holes and lay out. Pace of play was very good.
Seems really odd to close at noon!
A fun, tough but fair track!
Had to play this, as I’m moving into the Vistancia area and I’m in the market for a membership. Working in the golf industry here in greater Phoenix, I’ve played a lot of great courses. This is everything that desert golf should be! Challenging but you are rewarded for the good shots you hit, conditions were perfect even in “transition” time. I’ll certainly be back and most definitely will be looking into a memebership!
Best $60 in the west valley right now
Great/challenging layout with tough and guarded greens. The greens themselves rolled pure and fast. Some dead spots but that’s to be expected this time a year but 90% of the grass is in great shape. No brainer for $60.
A Must Play Course in the Northwest Valley
This is a great course that's in great early summer shape. It's a great layout with some undulating greens that challenge you and some harsh consequences for errant drives. Helpful staff and cold beer in the clubhouse doesn't hurt either.
Good course, good time!
The course is in good shape and plays well They are fixing some things which is appreciated...some of the hazards a little less hazardous.
Pars are earned...and birdies can be had.
No starter on the 1st tee or anywhere to be seen.
Club house closes at noon...wow!
Driving range is in good shape! Practice green for chipping and putting are in good shape.
Pace of play was a little off...4 hours 40 minute round
Runs a bit expensive
Everything was good. I books the day before and was able to get on. A little slow...likely due to mother's day. Course is in great shape. I said the weather was perfect....I forgot about the wind....just a bit more challenge.
Greens are good and roll true!
A good challenge
This was our first time playing the course, and the biggest challenge was working out your lines and distances with very few features to help you pick out a target off the tee. The pace of play was really good, though, and as long as you kept it straight it was very playable. Shame the native grasses were not to be seen, though. Not sure what happened to them?
Fun play
Had a great round with my daughter. With the exception of Brian at the front desk the staff was very friendly.
All great excluding pace of play.
We waited 5 to 10 minutes at every tee box. I never saw a ranger on the course to help speed up the pace. It took 5 1/2 hours to play 18 holes.
Fun Interesting Layout
Windy made it difficult; difficult is good. Course layout very interesting. Course conditions were good. Greens rolled OK; neither fast nor slow. Pace of play was quite slow. Marshall should've jumped on the group in front of us... 4.75 hour round.
Quality course
Greens are like glass, tough to get irons to stick and putts are fast. Decently wide fairways but punishing hazards on all sides. Fairways and bunkers in good shape. They don't have GPS on the carts, which is a downgrade at this price point; did like the ball/club washer on the cart though.
Challenging
I liked the fact some holes challenged you off the Tee. There was ample grass in the fairways. Sand traps looked good and the greens putted true.
