Book a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, which Golf Digest magazine gave five stars out of five, an honor only a couple dozen North American golf courses share - no other in Arizona. Courses with the distinction include Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, TPC Sawgrass and Spyglass Hill. Five stars mean, according to the magazine, "Superb. Golf at its absolute best. Pay any price to play at least once in your life."
Gary Panks designed Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia to enhance the existing environment, and to make the course dramatic and playable. It's a round that should be on the list for a golf trip to Arizona. The par-72 course measures 7,291 yards from the Tournament tees.

Slow
Can usually play in under 3 hours in the summer for a noon tee time. Today they just let people on the course, was told when I checked jn no one infront of us. Old lady’s jumped infront of us on hole 1, and had a group ahead of us on every hole. Got to hole 15 and quit, group on tee box, fairway and green. Extremely congested idk what was going on. No one wants to play slow golf when it’s 110 out. Pathetic.
HOT
Course is in amazing shape for summer. Doing some aeration on the fairways but doesn’t affect the ball at all. Enjoyed the round. Played at 12pm and was insanely hot. But I finished 18 holes in 2.5 hours. Wicked fast
Greens a bit furry but otherwise great.
This golf course is a good layout, lots of tees so you can make it as easy or hard as you want. Greens when it is hot get a bit slow around here but fairways and tees were ideal, good sand in the bunkers and a surprising amount of room on the fairways that keep you in play even with a few offline tee shots. Greens on par 3s were well protected, fairway bunkers were sometimes in play but other times a good aim point. My first time playing and it was certainly worth the time to drive out there.
Come prepared!
Tough course for real! After playing Ocotillo in chandler, Biltmore in paradise valley, JW Marriott Faldo, this course might be slightly harder than all the above!
A Fun Day
Had a fun day playing here in the west valley. I was a single and was put with two younger guys who could play and had played here a number of times. This was my 4th round in 5 days and although I wasn’t at my best (old and tired) the course was in great condition. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in very good shape. The staff was accommodating and friendly. If you’re in the west valley or want to take a hike the Trilogy is worth the trip. Will put this on my short list for sure!

Great course in excellent condition heading into the summer season.
Nice course - if you have 5 hours
Course was in great shape. Nice staff. Overbooked - had to wait at most holes to play. Took 5 hours to play at 97 degrees.
