Needs work
We played this as a start to our week. Wanted a short course to knock the rust off and get out and enjoy the weather. This course needs a lot of work. Tees are in decent shape, greens are full of weeds. The rest is pretty much neglected and in disrepair. I was amazed with the amount of golfers on this course. But I suppose it's your only option for this price range. That being said, we should have just spent an hour on the range at a nice course...
Starter is rude
The starter who checks you in, grants you a cart, and offers you the first tee is absolutely the worst. He’s mean, doesn’t seem to like his job, and is in the wrong business.
Always Enjoy Playing PV
Course was in good shape, staff friendly and responsive!

The greens are in very poor shape , several bare spots in fairways, course seems neglected

This is the first time I played this course this year. The course was in average condition but for the price of a round, it was a great place to golf. I read the previous reviews about the "old guy" being rude to everyone. He was friendly and helpful to me. He likes to run the tee times on time and gets irritated when people show up late, which puts everyone behind. Apparently they can not afford a ranger so he tries to do everything himself from the clubhouse. He is doing the best he can considering the circumstances. So, follow the rules and everybody will be happy.

If you are looking to play a cheap executive course and don't care about course conditions, give it a try. The course needs work, The cart path is horrible--many large pot holes and ruts. The course restrooms are horrendous. Overall, my biggest complaint is with the greens. They have many bumps from the type of grass(?), or weed, that is present. It's difficult to get a nice even roll on any green. It's too bad. This course was kept in pretty good shape a few years back, but not anymore. Ownership seems to spend minimal money for course upkeep.
