About
Some consider the Estates course (formerly known as Adobe golf course) at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club to be grand and stately, a prime example of golf course design in the pre-modern era, combining rare beauty with solid trickery. It makes for a round both relaxing and challenging played on lush 50-year-old fairways, with a spacious layout, reminding on of golf as it ought to be played: the glory days when graphite went into pencils and balls were only white.
The Adobe golf course at the Arizona Golf Club measures 6,430 yards from the white tees and comes in at par-71.
Due to the mild Arizona winters, the Adobe Golf Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is open year-round.

Old course not much too it. Course in good shape but refreshment cart was out of a lot of items and they locked the bathrooms on the course early which was an issue
Not too bad…
Fairway was in good shape, Greens were were either slow or fast with no in between. The place is packed…
Vanilla course, excellent condition
Course was in excellent condition with a decent driving range. Layout was pretty dull. Other than mansions lining the course, there were not many memorable features. I would play it again for a more reasonable price.

Course was in excellent condition but was quite boring. Few interesting or scenic holes. Expensive.
Just picked the wrong date to play
Play on Friday during WM Phoenix Open. A lot of golfers were in town. The pace was slow and had to wait on every hole. It was certainly not worth $180 for the round.
Terrible conditions
For the season being peak this course should have been in better condition. Sand traps were overfilled. Course was in sad condition and would not recommend.
Cheap muni
Ran out of carts, waited 45min past ttime and finally cancelled my round.
Combination of packing the coarse and not enough carts is bad combo.
Blamed it on frost, but the club was in kias.

Unfotunitly, did not get to play. Mostly because they ran out of carts. They might tell you because of “frost”. But at 2:15 ttime, waited until 3 with no carts. Place was a ss.
I would like a refund for my golf now fee.
Adobe
The staff was friendly. Cart was nice and clean.
Course was in good shape, although some of the traps had a lot of stones.
