Palm at McCormick Ranch Golf Club

Fast pace of play. The tee boxes and greens were okay for this hot time of year. The fairways were browned out. There should be more than 1water cooler on the back 9 of the Palm Course, or at least have better signage for water.

Loved the course and everything it has to offer. Beautiful course with plenty of hazards and difficulty that makes it so much more fun to play. I played the palms course and will be going back to play the pines.

I have lived in Phoenix 20 years and have played this course more than 25 times. The course conditions have simply eroded into that of 2 star munis. At the same price point there are much better selections.

The staff was friendly and the greens were in good shape. The course is in need of some updating. Must have had a bachelor party the day I played as the round took nearly 5 hrs to play.. over priced at $100

This was not a hot deal for $85. The season is over and see,Ed like everyone was tired including the course. No water in ball cleaning machines, melted water in coolers, fairways and tee boxes thin. Greens pretty good. Won’t play here again.

The recent increase in green fees is not justified at many courses and this is one of them. Unfortunately, you pay a premium for courses in the Scottsdale area and in my opinion this course was no better than a good Muni course.

The staff was friendly with what appeared to be clean facilities. But over priced.

For the money this is a reasonable course. Played very quickly as part of a twosome. Neither snack bar or inside bar was staffed at 1:15 pm to buy a soda at the turn. Waited five minutes then went on. Greens are readable and consistent. Fairway conditions varied.

It’s was the only thing available,and now I know why. It’s highway robbery for what charge for this dump

Have played here many times and 5+ times this year since early February and conditions are getting worse and I was embarrassed today how bad it was compared to 3 weeks ago.

Massive bare spots everywhere, including fairways and they seem to be watering areas of nothing but dirt, but not on several parts of fairways and around greens. Today several holes (4,10,11,15) were low end muni course conditions.

The layout has great potential….just spend some time working on the course instead of of the landscaping between some holes that look great. When you are 5 yards off the green and in nothing but hard pan dirt with huge gulleys it’s not fun.

Only positive item were the greens which were in great shape.

Bring this good course back to previous conditions. $139 was way too much for this.right now.
