Mesquite/Ironwood at Kierland Golf Club

Overall nice condition check in and pace was good. Not overly scenic runs through condos, hotels and business park. Fairways are mostly wide with big greens only a couple of tight driving holes. When we finished no one at cart return area so had to lug clubs to far end of parking lot which was a hike. Got good deal on golf now so overall nice day. Had I paid the 169 price would have been very disappointed. At that price much better options out there.

Staff was great. From check-in to bartenders to drink cart ladies. Top notch.

Although this tee time was a little later than we would have liked, given the heat wave, we could not pass up this course at such a great deal.

Staff was tremendous and pace of play was under 4 hours.

Kierland is a classic resort course. Very well maintained and with all the amenities you'd expect, but the track is fairly easy (save for a couple of the finishing holes) and not overly memorable. A good course if you are working on or want to feel good about your game, as most holes feature gentle rolling swales that tend to funnel the ball towards the fairway. Staff was friendly but starter was clueless; switched up bags and pairings three times and then sent us off 10 minutes late.

This is a good course, but not worth the hype of being one of the best in Scottsdale. Bag boys were rude, but the course Marshal was great. Pro Shop staff was very professional.

The course was in immaculate shape for being in the summer. Service if the pros hope and staff were top notch. This is going to be a course I throw in my repitore.

Been in the valley a long time and hadn't made it out to Kierland until now. Course was in fantastic shape in the middle of the AZ summer. Was equally impressed with the service staff being so attentive making sure we had cold water and anything needed to stay hydrated. Pace of play was an issue strictly because we had a group of 12 playing for cash. Will definitely be playing here in the future.

Plemty of room of the tee and the challenge is around the tricky green complexes. Course is very enjoyable for all handicaps.

Played Ironwood/Mesquite course, and they were both in great condition. Great to see with 100+ degree weather. Facilities were top notch and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very family friendly facility. Had a great time playing golf and staying at the Westin Kierland! Highly recommend!

Being a resort course you can almost guarantee that the grounds will be well kept, which they were. The conditions for summer were very good and the course is very fun and playable for all levels. The AC mist units on the cart were a nice bonus and the ice and water stations were constant throughout the course.

Kierland is a great course that a rookie golfer can navigate but from the back tees poses enough challenges for an experienced golfer to thoroughly enjoy themselves. The course was in great shape for Summer in Scottsdale. Staff was excellent and friendly. My buddy, who has played all over the world, had never played Kierland before and was totally impressed.

The golf course is in excellent condition. There was more than expected moisture on the fairway as we played early in the morning. Overall, it was fun and enjoyed.

Course was in great shape greens were soft and fast. Beverage cart great job saw here 4 times on each 9.

Course was in excellent condition. Pace was awesome. Staff extremely friendly. Practice facilities were excellent as well. Would play this course anytime.

Overall, I was very pleased with the golf course and amenities. The staff was friendly and course conditions were very good. The greens were hard and fast, but they were consistent, which is critical. At least you can adjust to consistently fast. Views of Camelback Mountain in the background made for very scenic play. Check out the restaurant if you have time; the cheesesteak sliders were amazing!
