Talking Stick Golf Club - O'odham Course

The green were nice, the tee boxes were very poorly kept. The remainder of the course was in mid-poor shape. Nice layout!

First round on our visit to Scottsdale area. Course was in excellent condition including the greens which were fast with subtle breaks. Pace of play was very good for resort course, just over 4 hours.

There are a lot better courses in the area for the money paid.

The course was good but not great. I was a single teamed with 3 others, a husband and wife and a young man. They were great playing partners. The round was a lot of fun. For a golfer on a budget, it is a good course.

Waited on every single tee box yet finished in 4 ½ hrs. Probably normal nowadays, though it's annoying to wait on every hole. Fun course however. Resort layout with wide fairways and you don't lose balls. Most players will appreciate both. Greens were great. Hard to get a reasonable green fee.

First time I have been to Talking Stick. Course was in excellent shape after a considerable rain the day before. Pace of play was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful from checking in to the starter. Great round.

Decent course although the layout is somewhat boring. Very forgiving fairways and large greens. No ranger on the course so pace of play was 5 hours + which was frustrating. Good course to knock the winter rust off before taking on more challenging courses.

Played the north course and very impressed with course conditions. Not a bad lie all day. Very wide fairways and a pretty straight forward course. Nothing spectacular, but a fun round of golf.

The course was in great shape. The mountains backdrop was very beautiful. And the weather was perfect.

Course was in great shape and everyone enjoyed the layout. Fairways wide enough, but lots of tough sand bunkers. Greens were extremely fast and tough, but would definitely play again.

Fun course. Long enough to be a challenge. It was weird that there was no rough, the "fairway" inside the desert boundaries was therefore huge. I'd like to come back when they let the rough grow to add some more challenge.

Fairways were huge. Very big greens that were quite tricky. More traditional layout than other desert courses. I played from the gold tees on a windy day and found the course a little long (14 hdcp ). Really enjoyable day.

Was part of the first group out so our pace of play was fast. Found the back nine more challenging than the front. Pretty course with a mix of challenge and forgiveness. I would definitely play it again on another trip to Scottsdale.
