About
The Talking Stick Golf Club, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, offers two uniquely different courses that each offer many options according to your playing skill. The Piipaash course (previously known as South at Talking Stick Golf Club), with its tree-lined fairways and raised greens defended at the sides offers a more straightforward style of play than the O'odham Course (formerly known as North at Talking Stick Golf Club).
A round of golf on the Piipaash Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club kicks off on a par-4 hole that measures 405 yards from the Black tees. Three long par-5 holes ensures that power golfers will get their kicks, with the fifth hole coming in at 516 yards, the 1fourth measuring 541 and the 16th playing to 548. The round of golf concludes on a relatively shorter par 4 that measures 323 yards.
After a round of golf on the North Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club, head back to the Wildhorse Grille for drinks and a bite to eat.

Great course, fair experience
It’s hard to fault the course or course personnel because the course was great, challenging and interesting. However, our experience was diminished by a large group of other golfers who were enjoying a bachelor party while golfing. The closeness of the tees and greens made the issue even worse. Marshals should have done a better job of managing that situation.

Course is well maintained and had a good time with a great group of friends.
Pricey but nice
Everything is well kept and beautiful. Fairways immaculate. Sand traps true sand. Green firm and easy to read. Gophers were really busy and so we saw a coyote cross right in from pint of us in the fairway. Hawks were watching too. We went to the resort afterwards. Very nice!
No GPS
While my overall experience was positive, the lack of GPS on the golf cart was surprising.. given the greens fees if $140+..
Nice conditions
The grass was very good everywhere. Better than many of the courses I’ve played in AZ this winter. Overall good experience … but slow … finished just before it got to dark to play.
Fun track
We had a 5:11 tee time and got done 4 1/2 hours later… just as it got dark. Wouldn’t have finished if some groups hadn’t given up in front of us. Course is pretty straight forward and flat, which suited our games fine. The tees, fairways and greens were in nice shape. Better grass in the fairway than a lot of courses. Like every course, super busy. Staff was friendly enough … we’ll go back sometime.
Not Golf
This course is nova golfers course so bypass it if your a golfer...the range is dirt, was an hour behind without telling us till we were done putting...putt us with 3 other men so we had a 5some...we walked off the course after 1 hole when we saw the 2nd hole still had 2 groups to go....
Busy Holiday weekend but v-enjoyable.
3:15 start that was touch and go because carts were in short supply. after getting started play was v-enjoyable.
Not what I expected
After reading reviews for the third time since I booked it I was not expecting a very good experience. However, they ended up exceeding my expectations. The course was in great shape and the staff were all very friendly. I was worried about the pace of play but that was never an issue. I would love to come back to Arizona and play this course again. Great job team.
Terrible Pace of Play
Have played the Resort before and like it but did not know that weekends late afternoon are crazy. Found out that the course is full of partiers on the weekends.
Backed up 3-4 groups at a time on many holes.
I don’t begrudge partying but we had come to play golf. Will play again but only on weekdays.
