About
The Talking Stick Golf Club, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, offers two uniquely different courses that each offer many options according to your playing skill. The Piipaash course (previously known as South at Talking Stick Golf Club), with its tree-lined fairways and raised greens defended at the sides offers a more straightforward style of play than the O'odham Course (formerly known as North at Talking Stick Golf Club).
A round of golf on the Piipaash Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club kicks off on a par-4 hole that measures 405 yards from the Black tees. Three long par-5 holes ensures that power golfers will get their kicks, with the fifth hole coming in at 516 yards, the 1fourth measuring 541 and the 16th playing to 548. The round of golf concludes on a relatively shorter par 4 that measures 323 yards.
After a round of golf on the North Course at the Talking Stick Golf Club, head back to the Wildhorse Grille for drinks and a bite to eat.

Over priced
First time playing. There are two courses, but had no idea of which one was available on Golfnow, until we booked and received the confirmation. O'odham was the course we played. The driving range was packed as were both golf courses. Not sure why, because the green fee is overpriced for the course. This is a $50 range course, not over $100. Overall decent conditions. Did play somewhat slow on the back 9. Will not be back because of the green fee rates. Maybe there are some deals for the casino guests, which would explain how busy the course was. Would not recommend the course, just because of the green fee rate. Too many choices of courses in the area for a lot less money.
75 minutes behind schedule
Complete waste of time and money - I had a 2:43 PM tee time (as a solo, grouped with 3 others) and we couldn't find the starter even after looking for him for 20+ minutes. Finally at 3:00 PM we ask the group on the tee box what their tee time was and they informed us it was 1:52 - they were over 75 minutes behind!
Very unorganized and very unimpressed with how it was handled. I wasn't happy because I booked a flight specifically to get into town early to golf this course. The course itself looked good for the few holes I was able to play before it got dark.
Slow round. Greens had lots of ball marks
Tee time was scheduled Saturday morning at 9:30 so expected some delays. Teed off at 10:20. Took five hours to complete.
A well kept course
The course was in excellent shape. The layout, although with wide fairways, was also a challenge. Some of the shots forces to think about what you wanted to do. We enjoyed it very much.
Nice course
Course was nice $150 was a little much: would play again if it was a little cheaper.
Poor pace of play
We were supposed to tee off at 1:10. At 1:50 they finally let us start. Multiple times there were back ups of 3 to 4 groups on the tee box. Very poor management of the round and pace of play. We will not come back. I would recommend everyone stay away from this course. Only positive greens were great.
It’s now after 6:30 and we still have a hole to play.
Excellent course to play for all ability levels
Played the round in 4 hours, entire course was in very good condition, greens were fast, friendly & helpful staff
I’d play it again.
Very good condition, the fairway and greens were in excellent shape. But a lot of people playing so it was a little slow. Not an extremely diffuser layout but some of the drives were accuracy demanding.
Avg course
Not worth the price for the course conditions. Many better. Staff was great.
